i’ve had a lot of issues with it too and what i’ve learned is you should 1. fully commit to the input. don’t start inputting b3 or whatever the next move is until you see ff4 come out 2. input ff4 earlier rather than later and 3. you don’t have to use it!! yes it’s optimal but sometimes it’s better to use a slightly worse combo so you don’t drop it until you can consistently do those ff4’s in training mode. this is what helped me the most, i hope it helps you

I also had problems with it. I do the first F fast and calm down on the second. That type of input works for me.
