Watching these videos is addictive. Really explains the process. You should have safety glasses when you are cleaning up the product. The tools you I have developed will make the process work efficiently and accurately.
Very interesting video. Your narration keeps it fresh and humor-ful. One note: I don't know how to do any of this, so please don't skip steps...(making the rubber mold was a mystery for a while). Love the speeded up and slo-mo additions. Loved the bandaid prop...I can relate. Glad you put on gloves; I was squirming until you did. Concerned about toxic stuff being absorbed through the skin. Very much admire all the personalized, seat-of-the-pants equipment setups and jigs. You have a genius for figuring out simple, efficient, and inexpensive ways of doing things. But best of all, it's like I'm visiting you in your shop!
I would like to do the same process, but I would like the resin to be UV, to make high jewelry and even teeth at temperatures. Do you know where I can get this formula? It would be the famous castable resins on the market, I would like the formula and even find the products haha
Hello greetings from Brussels Belgium...Thank you for posting all them videos, keep up the good work. What sort of paint, primer and protecting varnish is used to paint resin figurines, I would like to make the figurines scratch free because of later manipulation. Thank You.
Hi. The finish look amazing it actually look like old wood. The process and the paint job . You make it see so easy and simple. I was wonder the tint is wood stain and the brushes are inside a liquid what it is? Greetings and thanks for share with us .

Because the sticky wax holds the mold case together really well but it is easy to take apart. Hotmail glue is much stronger and you have to work hard to tear the mold case open. That said, lot’s of people do use hot melt to build their mold cases.

This is more of an overview of 'Production Techniques ' (?) then Hyper "make it this way" detail which is found in Robert's other vids. 1000 ways to skin a cat and here is one....Example: I found dipping and dripping is best for gang staining plastic. Other have other ideas. Anyway you approach it, "on runs, no drips, no errors," takes a lot of individual attention to each piece... that is if you want the illusion of 'realistic wood' from plastic.

Great content; thanks for sharing. Is the lathe machining and sanding done after the pieces are fully cured (24 hrs), or after the unmolding (20 min)?
Tip: rubber bands sound more important if called "variable tension grippers"

It is a water-based wood stain. The brushes are standing in the same stain as I used in the vacuum chamber.
Thanks they are wonderful tips 🌺 😍 🌺

I love watching this process! Do you normally wear a respirator when you sand and grind?
+Nanette Kroupa ummm no. Unless I’m really making heavy dust.
Essa resina pode ser desenvolvida para luz uv? Sabe algo a respeito? Alguma fórmula?

lol @ “think about their sins, the dissolution of their lives” 🤣🤣🤣
Can I ask why you use sticky wax and not just a hot glue gun? Fascinating videos, thank you.

How much pressure do you need in your Pressure Pot to avoid bubbles?
I have heard that people run as little as 40 pounds per square inch. I usually run mine at 50 psi and never have any problems with bubbles.
