She is a great influencer but to all the people watching this video and thinking of incorporating in your routine, please DON'T. Her practices and routine isn't ideal. Having caffeine before meditation is the worst form of practice anyone can adopt. During meditation, the aim is to reach stillness and caffeine does the opposite by hyper charging our body. Moreover she's quite dependent on coffee/caffeine through out the day. It's like being dependent on drugs or alcohol. Again, I have a lot of admiration and respect for her. I just don't advise her way of living a highly materialism-centric life to anyone.
