    I just love doing the silly sounds, especially meow sound to activate my higher register really loud at midnight.

    Hi Ian! I’m so thankful that I found you on here; I have been using your vocal warmups and the vocal challenge workouts, and I can certainly tell that there is a difference in my voice. It has improved. It’s been a while since I’ve used this warmup exercise, and I will start using it before I do the vocal challenge exercises. Thank you for all you do to help us singers. It has truly been a blessing! Per your request, I am in Texas.

      I also use jacobs vocal academy..many of his range extention ex but my go to is his high notes excercize..it is very good & a fairly long ex..will dbl ck the title if it is different & repost..also use jeff rolka's soprano workout..sophie sheer has some good but short workouts..madelaine harvey has some good & different techniques..dena howard has an awesome cd that rests in my car cd player & is brutal but that must b bought on ebay or amazon..i also use a cpl screamer dudes..chris liepe & will have to get back on the other 2 names as i forgot & they r not full practice but ideas that i put scales to..& their is another gal that has full workouts that r excellent but forgot her yt name..dr dan is good also

    • @tuneinat
      @tuneinat 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The others r..verba vocal technique..awesome full ex..bohemian vocal studio by keegan..the jacob vocals is high note & is over 16 min long..all ex..& he has tons more..also a teacher named daniel carberg has a soprano workout showing a lesson w a woman that i use that is awesome..i follow along best as i can & love the opera song they cvr in the end..i vari these up so as not to get into a boring routine but i use ians excercizes the most...gl

      Lili Gibson keep practicing & jusyt skip what u can't do..he goes to fast a lot of times..ck verba vocal technique..also jacobs vocal technique is my go to's for range extention..he has tons of videos..full free programs..i had to go to soprano ex bc the others didn't go high enough in range..im a baritone but go from E1-C5-B5..working to get chest to F#5 & mix to D6..gets harder after reaching plateaus..gl

    Hello- question: I have been singing for a long time but I’m not a belter. I even lose my voice when I sing loud for extended periods of time. I have been working on using my diaphragm etc, but is belting a style or something you have or you don’t? For reference, I am a soprano from a singing family no really formal training just choirs and things like that people have told me my voice sounds like Judy Garland as I tend to favor that style of music

    • @aussievocalcoach
      @aussievocalcoach ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Belting can be learned as a skill but can be harder for singers who have a more classical sounding voice. Belting requires more twang.
