Im going to rehab in 3 day's, moved from NYC to Philippines. Had ptsd age 12. Tu lam and these videos gives me the strength and courage never to give up. Seen worse in man and myself. Have a beautiful 6 months old baby girl I'm 48. Mother is 30. I expected to die by 21 all I seen and way I iived in my life,2 to 3 months away from ,y only daughter will hurt. But age 10 addiction ruined and took me from me. Now it's about my family I never thought I'd have. For 1 year each day I watch these videos and finally going to get help from these demons.8 th time in rehab 3 years in psych hospitals. Now I got a reason to stop, 15 years I didn't drink but drugged in NYC til came here 1 year 4 months ago, wish me luck. Thank you for these videos. It really changes lives if allow it
Good for you! I spent most of my life addicted to just about everything. I finally made the decision that I wanted to live and I wanted to actually be alive. I've been sober nearly 2 years, and it's the best decision I ever made. I hope that rehab has gone well for you. If not then keep struggling, it's worth it
I re-listened to this message this morning because last week I got [professionally] blasted by someone above me. It bothered me throughout the weekend because it's not resolved yet. Tu's thoughts on how you take someone else's crap is gold.
