Thank you for sharing, this is so relatable and i been contemplating deleting my social medias and this solidified my decision. The only one id miss is tiktok but i think im gonna just make a new account and be mindful with what i interact with. I feel like my confidence is at the lowest it could possibly be but i know God will allow me to see myself the way he sees me.

I just turned 25 about to graduate & recently started a new job. I have never been this depressed & my relationship with God is falling apart. I noticed how sin often comes into my life when I am on Instagram. Comparison etc...
Finally deactivated Instagram and now I have the time to focus on God.

Hi! I've explored many theories before, & they all lead back to Christ Jesus. He is definitely my security! Lol He is my rock, my shield, my salvation & so much more. He is my everything. If you genuinely search for truth, you will find it. Check out my New Age testimony. :) God bless!

I have one Instagram for friends and family but are they really my friends and family? I check it less and less these days. I have another Instagram with positive words and people who are doing something. That’s where I put my mind. To help me learn and grow. I use TikTok for the same thing but I notice I got wrapped into that Carlee Russell story last week bad on TikTok. I am going to be careful what I put my mind into now.
