Stock Car racing and Banger racing never really worked on TV. You needed the smells, the noise and to be seeing the whole track. Cameras missed the action over and over again and as for the woeful commentaries which so often missed the point........
These were great days at Hednesford Coventry Avengers like ‘Crazy’ Keith Godden 165 and Bob Barnett 166 in this race at Yellow devils I saw Dave Brace 69 ….
These vids bring back so many memorys,would you have any videos of a banger racing team called the Goodies ? they were a team from the 80's who raced most PRI tracks at the time..
Used to race at Crayford in the 70s and the Goodies were there then, along with the Ahern Rats, Bexley Suicide Squad, Faygate Bunch, Vermin etc,. Great times, and the PRI lads were a lot tougher than the Spedeworth lot!😄👍 .
@@tonycox5625 yeah good times in those days,watched the goodies have many a battle with the Dagenham Knights even ending in a mass brawl one time at crayford lol,suicide squad were a good bunch,know mutley well,not seen him in ages tho..
