Pat that is definitely a better system you are presented a new card to ensure you are the person who owns the account you never know if the card is sent to the wrong address which my card accidentally was sent to my neighbour which is a good job he's a good honest neighbour. Love the apartment and you can't argue with the monthly rental price, i couldn't stop laughing at the jacuzzi and the pool fart in the pool 😂😂😂😂 great Irish sense of humour i think Larry has had too many sherbets on that night 🥴😂😂😂
Larry is another example of why renting in Thailand is your best option...just grab the few bags and go, when you need a change of scenery👍
Recently moved to Bang Saray and really enjoying it. Plenty of good bars and restaurants and cheap as chips

Good Vibes Pattaya vlogged the Sea Zen condos just the other day - I was very impressed. Certainly beats living in a s.hole like the UK.

That looks good for 9K per month! Good view too. The only "problem" is the over half an hour drive to get to soi 7 5555
