Peninsula Plaza is also known as Singapore's Little Burma. It becomes a gathering place for our Burmese friends to gather and get their daily necessities especially on a Sunday and Public Holiday
It is also known as Little Burma, is one location that connects Singapore's Burmese community to their hometown.
I believe this place is here to stay for a very long time as long as there are Burmese living and working in Singapore, and yes this location is simply too accessible for them from all over Singapore to come and spend their valuable afternoon here
