what is the correct process of applying Aquadur on existing PU surfaces that have flaked due to age? Is a base coat recommended to be applied on the sanded surface?

Hi Smithesh, Acrylic paints are water soluble, we suggest you to do a trial on smaller portion to know whether does it dissolve the acrylic paint or not.
i though asian paints service is fast and accurate, i tried finding this water base pu in visakahapatnam, AP. after calling to their call center and had even send mail. but very pathetic, no proper information and response. I would be happy if anyone respond to this comment

Dear Sumit, it is not recommended as it is primarily recommended for coating wood. It is not to be used for photo transfer to wood.
