this is replica of cachoeiro de itapemirim here in Brazil, this track received for many years our national championship, this track is amazing, so fast, so scary to ride there , my younger brother rode there a few times and made top 10 at nationals every time he rode

Your expansion vessel will be flat. Could be diy job if you're keen, but prob better gettig a professional. It's usually red or silver, an inflated metal looking object. Located at the back of your boiler, or less likely, independent on the pipework. Has a diaphram inside, one side has your heating water, and the other should have a charge of air (presto valve foot pump to charge)
That's why the presure shot up to 3 bar, there's no where for the heated water to expand to, hot things expand obviously, can't compress water, so it needs more space, or the pressure shoots thorugh the roof, literally, if safety devices are removed. Hot heating water should squeeze against the air in your vessel.
Problem you will likely have now is, the pressure relief valve (why it stoppped at 3 bar) will have released water, they usually fail to reseal properly because of the dirty water, and will pass a tiny amount. You will likely lose pressure over a few weeks/months. That should be sorted out when the vessel is reinflated. If it isn't (typical) adding fresh water constantly will corrode your system and cause a whole bunch of other headaches.
