Iron Man VS Lex Luthor is like the conflict of how public perception is with superheroes. Iron Man sees the potential these super-powered individuals can do, and thinks all they need is just a "nudge in the right direction" (like through the Avengers). Lex Luthor represents the paranoia & jealous insecurity of humanity towards those with greater power than them (intentions and deeds be damned), thus making them see superpowered individuals as a "threat" (if left unchecked). Also, Iron Man (as Tony Stark) was a weapons manufacturer who stepped into the light of redemption after having witnessed what his deeds as a "merchant of death" are capable of first-hand. Lex Luthor, however, continues to double down on his arrogance, selfishness and greed through Lex Corp's malicious business practices, with the pretense of "keeping things under control" (no matter the cost).
Excellent way of describing their characters, and as much as I love Lex as a villain the tv show smallville really made me like the idea of him teaming with Superman. Like in endgame with Cap and Tony when they put aside their differences after all their history
Iron Man is just like batman, they know the world needs superhero but they don't trust them even themselves so they usually create a lot of back up plan to stop superhero

It's nothing new for Iron Man because he has fought Justin Hammer, Obadiah Stane, Ezekiel Stane, Tiberius Stone, Sasha Hammer, and Sunset Bain who are corrupt corporate executives but I feel like if Lex Luthor would be an Iron Man Villain he would be not only a arch rival but also be one of the main antagonists in Iron Man's rogues gallery.

Obadiah Stane as Iron Man's villain is really more of a middle-aged wanna-be, afraid he's never going to get what he considers his. He's slick, but he's not really anything independent of Tony Stark and Stark Industries. Very simply, he's petty. He doesn't have what it takes to be more than a localized threat. Not on his own. He has ambition, but little vision. Both men are driven by jealousy and greed, but only one is a real supervillain. I'm not aware of any reason to believe Obadiah Stane is at all derivative of Lex Luthor.

What if Ra’s al ghoul was a Wonder Woman villain and also a Hawkman villain because I always felt like he doesn’t feel like a Batman villain because I prefer my Batman to be more Street centred as he doesn’t fit that.

After mastering it without succumbing to evil, he thwarted Ra's al Ghul's plans, which probably took a century to develop and execute. This caused Ra's al Ghul to see Batman as his enemy. Ra's al Ghul views Batman as a potential successor to him and as a husband for his daughter Talia. Their bond is toxic, as Ra's al Ghul keeps coming back while Batman gets older, knowing his weaknesses and exploiting his pain points so he can fall into his worst nightmares. This further explains why Ra's al Ghul is one of Batman's top-tier villains. Without Ra's al Ghul, Batman would be more focused on street-level crime and not the Batman we see today.
Feilong was created by Duggan because he wanted to give Tony “his own Lex Luthor”. Feilong js an amazing Iron Man villain. He’s like the love child of Lex and Elon Musk: He’s a genius Industrialist who graduated MIT (just like Tony) at a younger age, he’s a superpowered bigot who hates mutants and believes he’s humanity saviour. He blames Tony for not taking the opportunity to progress Human’s achievements and sees him as human’s failure. All the criticisms Tony haters say about him actually applies to Feilong. He’s a villain you love to hate and want to punch in the face, but that’s what makes him so good. Iron Man has been missing a massive hater in his rogues gallery.
