Rural Omlet Recipe From Healthy Iranian Village 🦋🍄

My name is Ziste, and I cook in my countryside kitchen in the heart of Iran, where the freshest possible ingredients often come from less than a few kilometers away, where even an ordinary meal feels like a celebration of simplicity and health. On my Ziste channel, I whip up healthy recipes using the natural bounty and resources native to the place I call home. This week, I thought I would share a healthy and delicious recipe that I whipped up using: Olive oil Mushrooms Bell pepper Tomato paste Pepper Salt Zardchoobe (turmeric) Follow along with me as I prepare this tasty dish! I begin by warming up some olive oil in a skillet, adding the mushrooms and bell peppers, and cooking until soft. Then I stir in some tomato paste, a pinch of salt, pepper and a few good shakes of zardchoobe for something rich and fragrant. Serve it along side fresh bread or rice and indulge in goodness straight from the garden with this dish. There are countless monuments to how healthy it is to spend time in the Iranian countryside: the clean air, the fresh food, the slower pace of living that helps mind and body work in concert.
