I honestly think that Sean Payton can't wait to show Nix off... especially if he's ballin throughout training camp and the preseason.
However, if there's any setbacks, i think Stidham will start until Bo's issues are ironed out.
I don't think there'll be any issues that will disqualify Nix from starting this season.

This definitely wouldn't be a failure, because he is unproven, however, in order for him to get better, he has to be on the field. You don't have to start him for him to be effective, if you can get him in beginning of the game to get his feet wet, and pull him out if hr starts to tank, that's fine.

I suggest Vance Joseph needs to gain some consistently with his defense or he will not survive the season.

Experience and production likely means Sutton, Patrick and Reynolds’s are the starting 3. The wild cards here are Franklin and mims and how training camp shakes out and where Patrick is with his recovery….
I've seen plenty of rookie week one starters flame out, so I see no issue with him sitting until he’s ready. Additionally, it needs to be a competition. I view Zach as a rookie because the Jets are a joke of an organization. May the best QB win.

Let Payton be the coach, let him determine if Bo is ready for week 1, week 8, or week 12. How about, make sure Bo is READY to play before throwing him in. How many QBs have been ruined being thrown to the wolfs, with a "sink or swim" attitude. How many QBs were “junk” with their 1st team, and now with a “right fit” (coach/team) are good QBs: Jared Goff, Sam Darnold, Baker Mayfield….
If you're going to start Bo Nix immediately. You better be Damm sure that the offensive line is solid... Because we don't want any type of major injury happening. Just saying

Im trying hard not to get too excited. Bo doesnt need to be great but show signs of greatness. Ill be fine with that. As long as he doesnt have a Bryce Young season then its all good.

Normally, it’s not a big deal if a rookie quarterback doesn’t start year 1. In the case of Bo nix, he’s already 24. Jordan love rode the bench for 3 years and in his starting season he was 24. They picked him because he’s the most ready, and it’s time for him to be the starter. Plus, it’s not like there’s a high bar for the QB competition in Denver. If he can’t beat Stiddy or Wilson, we are in big trouble.
No. But he has to be the starter this year and he has to win immediately. If we barely missed the playoffs last year Payton's decisions should have given us the edge to get over the top. A twelve overall is a instant starter. Unless you reached. But since he's perfect for Sean Payton then we should get Purdy like results. Like Mike Shanahan got from Kurt Cousins. Immediately impactful because they fit the system. So immediate start is not a failure. Failure to not get the start by week 5 is. And not because we're losing and it no longer matters.

What do you have against Jarrett Stidham? He has four YEARS of experience. With three different organizations. There has to be tons that he can pass along to Bo. Heck, even Zack Wilson can pass along good info to Bo (maybe what to and not to say during a press conference). People seem to have a case convenient amnesia why Alex Smith went to KC, because he was a throw away from the 49ers, many label him as a BUST. But, with the RIGHT coach with the RIGHT program, Alex was able to revive his carrier again. And mentor Patrick Mahomes.
We don’t have anything against Stidham at all. He hasn’t done anything with his four years of experience that has done anything to translate to wins.

Rookies are going to make some big time mistakes. Look at manning his rookie year. Most do. You have to be patient and let them grow and learn through mistakes. CJ Stroud was an outlier and it even took him more than 6 weeks of making mistakes before the lightbulb went off. Be patient broncos country

Love sat for three years. Mahomes sat for a year. There's your answer - a firm NO. We will not win the SB next year. We want a QB for a decade+, not for five starts. Let's do whatever it takes to make that happen.
Love sat behind Rodgers, Mahomes sat behind Smith. There are no players like that ahead of Bo.
