Hake fillets oven grilled to perfection with juicy cherry tomatoes, lemon slices and aromatic lemongrass. It’s a simple yet elegant dish that balances bright citrus flavours with a hint of herbal fragrance, making it a perfect festive centrepiece. Serve with vegetable Tumeric rice or roasted vegetables
    Ingredients
    Hake fillets
    Rosemary and garlic spice
    Fish spice
    Black pepper
    Lemon juice
    Lemongrass
    Lemon slices
    Garlic spread or butter
    Seasoned cherry tomatoes ( I used soy sauce, Aromat , black pepper and olive oil)
    Instructions ~ as on the video line up your pan with heavy foil place all your ingredients) grill on 200 degrees for 30 minutes depending on the thickness of your fish
