I live by myself and don't own a chest freezer...so, I just buy what I need to consume each week. But, I do like watching the videos...👍.
That’s not a sirloin of any kind. That’s a boneless strip loin. No where near where a sirloin is located. That piece comes off the short loin . What you have are boneless NY’s.
