मेरी उम्र 50 साल है मुझे साइकिल चलाना नहीं मैं पिछले 13 दिन से स्कूटी चलाने की प्रैक्टिस कर रही हूं दोनों पैर हवा में कर चला लेती हूं परंतु अभी तक ऊपर पैर नहीं रख सकी हूं क्या मैं दोनों पर एक साथ ऊपर रखने की कोशिश करो या फिर एक पैर स्कूटी पर रख कर दूसरा पेड़ बाद में रखो कौन सा तरीका मेरे लिए आसान रहेगा और यह भी बताएं कि किस स्पीड पर मुझे पैर ऊपर रख लेना धीमी गति पर या तेज गति पर
कृपया मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करें आप के वीडियो से मुझे बहुत मदद मिलती है

सबसे पहली चीज़ ये समझ लीजिए कि पैर ऊपर रखना या ना रखना ये साबित नही करता कि हम परफेक्ट हो गए है
इसलिए चिंता छोड़ दो और प्रेक्टिस करते रहो
सही समय आने पर पैर ऊपर रखना सिख जाओगे
बस जल्दबाजी ना करना इसमें 3 से 4 महीने भी लग जाये तो फिक्र मत करना
