Looking good man, I’d definitely go airride with the 8” stretch just so you can raise it up when you need to. I’m running a 8” stretch with front and rear air and I’ve still scraped it a couple of times
Estaba esperando este vídeo!! Me gusta como está quedando…entonces, los guardabarros ¿los has cortado y estirado soldando una pieza? Yo no sé qué hacer.
Estan reforzados a tras. A mi tampoco me gustan los de fibra or plastico.
Looking solid man! I hear you on the air ride but what are you wanting out of this bike? A completely different ride and look or another version of the black bike but with different bars and a longer fender? What exhaust are you leaning towards?
Thanks man! I'm going to build another version of the black one. Have the exhaust from SCC , still waiting on the headers from Samson to put the entire system on.
@@rudyreyes3401 if you go to my previous Softail build for the black bike. Episode 6 the Air ride video, around the 3 minute mark I show where I mounted the compressor. It tucks up underneath on the frame.
@@paulburge-ls6eb one of my friends stretched the original fenders at his shop. I just told him what length I wanted and he did rest. He’ll finish them up once I’m satisfied with the look .
I commented a couple weeks ago about the stretched fenders. Now I know what you meant. Shit looks firme. What kind of seat do you have and the black bike?
Appreciate it bro. Seat on the black bike was made by Victor "The Seat Guy". We used an original seat pan, molded foam, wrapped it in suede and leather, double diamond stitched to match the brass/black combo. It's pretty comfortable IMO
Same here, I try to stay away from aftermarket fenders as much as I can for these bikes. I can weld and do it myself, but I rather have my guy Edgar at Garage XIII handle it for me, I'm not a body/paint man by any means, I'll leave that part to the pros lol
Man, it is looking killer. It's been a while since I've been here. i need to catch up. But man, I'm digging it.Can't wait to see this beauty finished.
nice update, and nice to see what an 8inch stretched rear fender looks like.
@@joglockaguinaga8229 thanks brotha !
In my opinion I think 5 inches in the front and 9 inches in the rear is the look I like
Looks dope.
@@relizondon2deep thanks appreciate it
Bike is coming along nicely. I like the way she sits. It’s definitely a toss up between leaving it like it is or going air. 🫡🇺🇸🤙🏽
@@daleclarkjr thanks 🙏 I’m starting to think air will prevail lol
Looking good
Thanks appreciate it

@@sralston337 appreciate it, and that definitely crossed my mind with the height adjustability. I’m starting to lean towards air again.
Nice builds , nice channel…..but we need to see the DIY’s😉

Nice bike bro!! Did you do a video on stretching your fenders?
@@rigocastaneda8615 thanks , no video on the fender work. Had them done at my buddies shop.

Hello question did you fab the metal on the fenders or did you cut sections off other fenders?
@@paulburge-ls6eb metal was fabbed up
Compa I have a 1997 softail I got 21” front rim and 18 rear rim wat tire side should I do so everything fits good
I went 120/70/21 for the front and 150/70/18 for the rear
Hi did you fab the fender? Or can you just buy that that short of fender extension?
