James Hetfield (the singer) usually does their lyrics. Metallica is not a "studio" band. They create all of their songs themselves. The Unforgiven trilogy is written by and for James. It is the story of his life at the stage each song was written.
For many personal reasons, Metallica is my favorite band of all time. They've been there every single time: when i was happy, when i was sad, when I lost one of my dearest friends, when i was heartbroken, when my father was in hospital for an heart attack. They've been there to support me in every single aspect of my life. And may 29th, I will be there for them, in Milan, for the fifth time, after two concerts in Milan (2015 and 2019), one in Bologna (2018) and one in Florence (2022).
I'm happy for you in seeing the boys live. I will see them in July in Warsaw. This will be the 6th time. It's always different and always amazing. Have the time of your life and we look forward to hearing from you during your post-show reactions. P.S. There is a great Millanica fan club in Italy or something like that, the band always feels very good in Milan and always has something special, I wonder what they will come up with this time.
