I can vouch for that. Fortunately, there are blueprints, and concept art to help with it. However, sometimes you have to do it just by reading how it works when those aren't available.

Have you done a full analysis? Does the wave generator ever recoup the cost and resources required to build it? How many needed to generate power for a city? How much of the ocean surface would be covered by the generators and what would be the environmental impact? Just a few questions off the top of my head.

The most incredible part about tunnel drilling machines is that they pretty often get discarded and parked in a nearby tunnel run after completetion of the work... because it's more expensive to dismantle it and remove it than to just leave it in the mountain! :O That's what they're doing in the Follobanen project here in Norway right now! Just reversing it, burrowing into a side track somethere when it's done and parked for good! Seems like such a waste of materials, but what do I know? ;)
