The Gospel of Luke shows us the reality of the true cost of discipleship. When we disciple people, we give more importance to their needs, and we spend more time for others. We serve them, and we must serve them selflessly, and as we prioritize Jesus more in our lives, we also prioritize our service for others before ourselves. This is the true cost of discipleship-being selfless and erasing ourselves from the picture for our service to bring people closer to God and His kingdom.
Reflect more on this as we celebrate the Kapamilya Daily Mass today, November 6, 2024 with Father Tito Caluag.
