Hes bullying your husband or that guy because he knows he's bigger and will win a fist fight(probably). Just bring someone over his size like a biker or something and see if he wants to continue to act the way he is.

@carter6946 Yeah, that's why we don't engage most of the time. Everyone gets fed up sometimes and yells back, but this is very much one-sided. We don't drive in front of his house. We don't have a reason to really. We don't walk down to his house to yell. We don't yell every time we see him. Those are all things he does. He really needs a way to channel his energy better. I didn't even know this guy's name until one of the times somebody, I don't even remember who, called the cops on him.
