Curious though, did you ever play any of The Assassin's Creed games? I grew up playing them, and most recently, I 100% Mirage. It's an okay game, the Islamic culture was cool, but it's definitely more for fans.
2, BrotherHood, 3, 4 (My favorite), lil bit of Syndicate, lil bit of Rogue, Origins, Odyssey( 100 hours that I severely regret). I love the earlier Assassins creed. Never played Vallhalla or Mirage cuz they felt like scams. Eventually I want to start Ezio's Trilogy for the channel.

From my personal experience, my suggestion is to play Arkham Asylum before knight because knight as too many convenient features that are not in asylum
