Ukraine put much of what they had in that region since 2015 because of the transportation hub. Demilitarization means eliminating that threat. Russia does not have to go far. Proud Ukrainians lining up to get killed in one spot. Some areas can't be held forever.

Ukraine needs at least 300 Leopard2 tanks and germany already have 550 Leopard2 tanks stored and ready to send to Ukraine. Good news is that Poland is already training big number of Ukrainian soldiers how to use Polish Leopard2 tanks. Ukraine put much of what they had in that region since 2015 because of the transportation hub. Demilitarization means eliminating that threat. Russia does not have to go far. Proud Ukrainians lining up to get killed in one spot. Some areas can't be held forever.
