Just a pronunciation note: Around the 12:15 mark There is no "Soft g" G (it doesn't duplicate the "j" sound) in Japanese, so it's more than likely meant to be pronounced like "gun" but with an e sound for the Genbutai.
I'm so stoked that the arm save roll is coming in to line with the rest. It's such an unnecessary thing to have to explain to new players. I can't wait for this boxset. I've been waiting for the right moment to build jsa and it looks like that moment is soon. Soooo many models to paint in my future 😅
The new sectorial for JSA will (?) be Hayabusa Jorikusentai from what I see. It's time to start preparing my wallet for the new box and new minis. I'm happy to see a new version of Daiyokai and Oyama also. One last thing - I love the fact that CB is drawing inspiration for the sculpts from Japanese history and pop culture.
I am looking forward to the JSA/O-12 set coming out. I like the sculpts, and am looking forward to the JSA force. I can't imagine a cyperpunk style game without modern Japanese in it.
You know me. I love all the stuff for JSA. If they give me this + JSA sectorials, CB can f up n5 and I'll still be happy. I especially like that hacker. It has a distinct night city/ cyberpunk feel to it.
At this point, thermoplastic with the big stuff, metal for the standard stuff. What's the issue with metal? They're really nice to work with, to be honest.
I like the look of the Ratnik, the rocket pods on the old one look a bit Janky imo, where as this one just looks solid cool. Definitely one for my shopping list.
@@thedicegodswg It might be the painting but I dislike the pose of Mukhtar a lot. He looks very boring to me. Hussein I am comparing to his old design and prefer it more. I also think that CB concept art pose for Hussein looks much better then the actual models. Just my personal opinion.
@@ChampionofTerra absolutely, don't think I am saying you're "wrong" this is all personal taste. I see what you mean on the Mukhtar, it is a bit of a meh pose and the art for Hussein is bonkers good. Hopefully, if you see them in person, they might be better for you. :)
Glad to see them releasing one of the most often proxied Haqq profiles as a model now. Hopefully they'll follow up with another Asawira sculpt.
Ooof that's an optimistic last sentence! I hope you're right, though!

That's really helpful, thanks! I'll try and remember that in future.

I completely agree... including about all the models to paint!
Crazy new models. Waiting to see them f2f in the tabletop
Fair enough! Exciting times.

It looks like we're getting two sectorials and vanilla! Very interesting times. Like you, I love their inspiration for this.

It should be a stunner! Though it's JSA plus Panoceania

Haha, well, there's two sectorials confirmed, so you're going to be a happy chap!
The other Takeshi sculpt also looks cool, but really like the art with the dual swords.
It's a very cool mini.
As a Tohaa player, each time the game moves forward I fear for my faction.
That I can understand. But they're not saying you're dead yet!
man October cant happen fast enough!!
Agreed!
Hyped for JSA :D
💪
Are they going to hard plastic on all models? Are they moving away from metal? That’s the only thing that has kept me away

That's true. It is a better looking mini.
Their sculpts are always so gorgeous. I love the new triphammer
They are indeed... but that guy is something special!
I have to have the Beasthunters they look so gosh darn amazing!
Even if I don't have an army for that mini, I need it!
I´m pretty sure we will se this new haqislam releases in the new infinity series ^^
Haha, I think so!
I think the Haqqislam sculpts look terrible (
Really? I think they've changed the style a little, but they still look great to me. What don't you like?

@@thedicegodswg I always wait for someone to post how they painted their models, usually that can change the perspective a lot =D
