My personal favorite for kolak topping is cassava and candil (sweet potato ball made by mixing mashed steamed sweet potato and tapioca) These 2 aren't sweet on their own, but they absorb the sweetness from the soup. Also the contrast of texture they give is very satisfying
I'm only at the start of the video and it might be my headphones but I feel like the music at the beginning is kinda loud compared to your voice and covers it a bit. Not really a complaint, just wanted to leave a note since I like your content
Looks yummy 😋. Could you please describe how the palm fruit felt and tasted like? Also, Chef, you should try the different types of 'payasam' from South India. Quite similar ingredients and methods of cooking and served hot or lukewarm. Its usually made and served on special occasions.
the music in the video is way too loud, makes it difficult to actually hear what you're saying. there is no need to add audio, we aren't here for a music video =)
