Thanks! Wow I haven't thought about this video in years, but we did just now a series of kits using this technique. Check them out if you like this style: th-cam.com/video/hsxWZsh8cBs/w-d-xo.html
Fun, fun! Great tutorial. I really like the diagonal version, esp. on the oval frame. It's a bit less conventional than straight across. I actually kinda like how the 2 rows of bicones nested together before you added more wraps. But it does look nicer more spaced out. When using contrasting wire, I do prefer the coils on the same side of the beaded rows. Tidier. But with matching frame and wrap wire, it doesn't seem to matter as much. To me anyway. TFS!
Thank you for the great video. I didn't see you "finish off" the wire ends after beading. Is just trimming them, no crimp, no knot, enough to hold them?
Hi! Yes, would would just make several tight wraps around the form to finish it off. You do not need to knot or crimp the wire. If you are ever worried that your wrappings will not hold, apply a little GS Hypocement over the wraps on the back side.
I am new to this! Does anyone know if hammering the form beforehand make it more grippy for the wire? Also, is using a bit of glue recommended? Thanks!
Hammering the form will not affect the grip, but it will harden the form. Adhesive is not necessary as the beads will stay in place if there is enough tension. Thanks for watching!
Hi Julie, that was great tut video but the one i would like to see is your Pendant so could you make a video for this one Please??? Thank's to share those cool Earrings:-)

Will this technique work with Memory Wire?
We do not recommend this technique for memory wire. Thanks for watching!
