Well, he's not that great with english (improving tho), but he's pretty fluent in japanese.. I even once heard/read somewhere, that his japanese is so good, that he speaks without accent.. but I don't actually know if that's true or not.. so english is his basicly his third language.. I also know that all of the members know at least a little chinese.. so no shame in being not fluent in his third and fourth language.. that's more than most people can speak..
Only one member is actually fluent in English (rm) even jungkook isn’t fluent, he just has an amazing American accent. Jungkook practices a lot tho same with v and Jhope. I don’t think Jimin suga and Jin care that much about learning English
