Halo 2 PC Flickering Textures on Intel HD 4000 Graphics (Need Help)

I've had this problem for a while now and havent been able to find a solution for it. Any help would be appreciated!

Apparently the issue was resolved but I still have this with a recent driver.
Driver version: 20.19.15.4501

Same, but on my Intel HD 2000. This problem happened for a while, I updated, then updated again, and then it was gone. I upgraded to Windows 8 and for a year it was fine, downgraded then this problem again. I would LOVE to update but Intel Driver Update Utility can't find my manufacturer's chipset drivers. I got the drivers right off of the Asus site from my laptop model. I did it twice and it won't fix anything. 3rd party driver updaters didn't help either. It updated my Audio and ethernet and stuff but not the GPU.

If you are on intel hd graphics then downgrade to Driver Revision: 15.28.4.64.2843(from dec 2012 i think) .. It fixed this bug for me on intel hd 4000.
