I kept trying to search for multi cam editing cap cut and wouldn't find this video! I found you when I tried editing podcast capcut! And this video is excatly what I needed!!! Thanks!!!
Wow, this video was super helpful! I loved how you broke down the organization of files-having separate folders for content, assets, and exports really makes things easier. The syncing tips were eye-opening, especially using that right-click feature to synchronize audio and video! Plus, making a branded background in Canva is such a neat idea. Oh, and I didn’t know you could create compound clips to keep everything in sync while editing. Thanks for sharing these cool tricks, I can’t wait to try them out on my next podcast!
Hi, I use Riverside already and use Capcut for final touches. I am not sure how to match the FPS. When I download Riverside file it says it os 30fps. If I then try to download it on Capcut, 24/25 fps. So there is always a delay now between sound and image. How can I make these match?
Super helpful thanks for posting. Question: How do you feel about data security issue related to using capcut? They’re owned by Tik Tok and have been flagged as Chinese spyware which worries me. What’s your opinion?
Hi riverside, thank you for the video.. I used a windows pc... I Already follow this video to adding my podcast video frame but, my podcast frame, cannot applied in the video... And it's still black, would you please help me? thank you
@Riversidefm, thanks for your continued great videos. How would you do an edit where you want to go from the split screen look to just one of the speakers? I use Riverside and love it, but I'd like to make it a more interesting interview by occasionally cutting from the split screen of both people to an individual speaker. Thanks!
You can't do this directly on Riverside yet, but here is how you can do it using Riverside and an external editor! th-cam.com/video/HoU0eNNBFjc/w-d-xo.html
I love the riverside web app. Audio quality is good, features are great and the editing tab is pretty nice with its build in subtitle animations. But as a video editor I have some ideas to improve it: One of my interviewees was not centered during the recording and in the editing tab I have no options to move his video so that he is centered. Would be really helpful if I could move the video of a participant. Another problem for me occured when I tried to edit some short snippets from the video. I tried using the full screen option but riverside predetermines which participant is seen. I would like to choose what camera I would like to show. These changes would make editing inside riverside soo much easier
You can! You can use the X/Y sliders to move the video to half the screen (the same way we did in this walkthrough) and then using the "text" tool (along the top menu) to add text 😀 If you wanted to add a different colour background, follow the same workflow in Canva as we did in this video

Thanks! Nice stuff. Could I use CapCut to add text in black background splitting the screen?
Hey! Can you give an example of what you mean?
I mean like in 0:23
