Hi kneppy, I’m an electrician and recently joined a company since January, who are full time contractors for Harvey Norman. I’ve worked on so many construction projects this year for both Harvey’s and Domayne and it brought to my attention that HVN is heavily invested in property Development is booming. Currently working on a new homemakers center in Macgregor which will include a huge Harvey Norman’s and domayne as well as 14 tenancy’s ready to be leased out . He owns the whole shopping center 23,000sqm,bought the property off of asahi way back in 2016 and it’s finally going to open this year. My boss says we are locked and loaded for years and years of work with Harvey’s. I had no idea about any of this until I started working there and now I look at HVN as more than just a retail investment and mores so property with a huge long term potential. I wanted to hear your insight about their developments and are there any negatives to this kind of news or do you see HVN as a quality company
