Ok. Here’s my issue. Hopefully I’ll get an answer. When I go on the air live, it’ll only have 2-3 seconds of my voice and that’s it.
How do I get to be on longer?

I have 2 questions. Is there a way to send the sound to the decoder without having to listen to the music being played on my PC speakers?
Is the a way to send the sound to the radio station without listening to it on the speakers? Radio boss has it. Butt doesn't.

Does this program pay royalties to the artist because I have some artist and I want them to get pay royalties for their strains?
No, to pay royalties you’ll need to go via the relevant collection agency or licensing authority for the relevant country you broadcast in.
i had it working on airtime pro stations i ran, but i switched to citrus 3 platform and even though all my music plays on the live station, every time i press the button on BUTT to go live, the music keeps playing....back when in was on airtime pro, like clock work, hit the button, music cut out, did my thing, pressed stop, and the music resumed....perfect.....cant figure it out.

Is OBS pretty much the same? I've saw a lot of videos mentioning OBS to stream, but thats mainly showing ppl stream visual stuff (ie games).
Would you say OBS is like an alternative to using BUTT? I've used BUTT before many years ago and it was really easy to use but just wondering if OBS will be like an alternative / backup.
You’re right - OBS is good for video and does offer more functionality. BUTT is good for online radio specifically and simple to use.
OBS open broadcasting software is for streaming and recording that you can manage like what you see in live streaming with overlays

I have my station set up on ZaraRadio and BUTT and Live365. Everthing is working great except no song data is being shown on the player. How do I get this data? James

Do you know how to fix error while parsing config. illegal value (-1) for num_of_srv.? I was using BUTT before and started to encounter this error message - I am using a MacBook Air
Try deleting and re-installing

I have a pioneer djm 750 mk2 and it's audio is via asio, it seems butt will not accept it
I have the same issue with Pioneer XDJ XZ. BUTT recognises it, but doesn't play any sound through any of the cards and therefore does not work
Is your stereo mixer enabled. Butt records from stereo mixer and then encodes audio before broadcasting to you host server. 😉

for how audio centered your channel is, its interesting how you allowed your mic to be this muffled. just add a high boost to your eq.
