- 3 separate building on rocks, connected by bridges and stairs, they are accessible separately too.
2 home with 3-3 bedrooms, and a shared building.
The right 2 ones are homes with 3-3 bedrooms, and the one on the left is currently a common build, with library, bar, toilet, and dancefloor on the terrace.
It's a big lot and many rooms, so I showed the more important rooms in the video (e.g. I left out 1-2 separate toilets and wardrobes), it was still long. :)

THE BED DECAL AT 12:15 IS CRAZY
This build is AMAZING! Imagine if we had crown molding and half-wall baseboards in the game.. Builds would be even more extravagant! I wish we had stuff like that in TS4. Maybe one day they'll add it and also give us a gothic furniture / decor styled KIT. 🤞
I don't quite understand what you mean by baseboards (I'm not a native English speaker), but yes, there's a lot more that could be added to the game. In any case, I think we can build pretty well what we want. I've done swamp lots, a gothic wedding island on Sulani, homes in floating "spheres", house with
lava-pool, medieval, art-deco, steampunk, apocalyptic, futuristic homes... my next video will be about a golden aztec temple... so the only limit is our imagination :)

Was this by chance inspired by the art of Daniel Merriam, I love his work and this reminds of one of my favorites, I actually tried to capture the essence in a build I recently did and was nowhere as close to it as this is. ❤❤❤

I have to ask, were you inspired by lord of the rings? I'm a huge fan of the books and movies, and this just screams Rivendell to me. I love it!
I'm sure that subconsciously I had that and all other elf and fairy styles, but here I just built what the game allowed and what I thought was beautiful and romantic. Unfortunately, not everything I want can be built. :)
