The color and texture of chicken fry is so attractive, indeed the taste must be great. The sauce and chillies should give a surprise while eating. I often try chicken dry with sambar or rasam rice which supports a lot. I hope we can fry with boiled egg in the same way.
I always wonder your cooking method, particularly the straight forward and fast. Also, I ask every best cook, that what is the perfect salt measure for chicken gravy or fry, what's your answer!!
