The Qur'an is the way Allah talks to people one-on-one and affects you a lot in all your surahs, may Allah grant you Islam because he has commanded all people to be Muslims since the first creation.

Islam and The Quran:
(Part 2)
Islam means submission to Allah (Almighty God) and worshipping Him alone without associating any partners/deities with Him because He is the only one worthy and has the right to be worshipped, praised and glorified, the one and only Supreme Lord of the Worlds, The Greatest, The Most High, The All-Seeing, The All-Knowing, The All-Hearing, The Most Wise, The Most Merciful and Compassionate, Owner of the Day of Judgement, Owner of Majesty and Honor, The One with no beginning and no end and there is nothing like unto Him, He begets not, nor is He begotten. The Creator and Sustainer of the heavens and earth and everything in between and nothing moves in the creation and universe without His knowledge and authorisation. His Greatness is so incomprehensible that even if all the creation from the beginning to the end of time spent every second of their existence glorifying and praising Him, it would not be a drop in the ocean of what He truly deserves.
Also, Islam is to obey Almighty God's commandments, enjoining good and forbidding evil, believing in His angels, books/scriptures and prophets, and believing in the day of judgement, heaven and hell.
Islam started with Adam (first man and prophet) and was completed with the Quran and the final prophet.
All the previous prophets and messengers (e.g Solomon, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus etc) who came after Adam and before the final prophet were all sent with one and the same message which was to convey Islam.
All the people who lived at the time of the previous prophets and followed them are all called muslims (follower of Islam).
All previous prophets who came before the final prophet were sent specifically with task of conveying Islam and God's message to their own people and nation. However, as there will be no more prophets to come after the final prophet who is known as the universal prophet as he had the task of conveying Islam and God's message to the whole of mankind, everyone who lives from the time of the last prophet until the end of time will have to follow the final prophet as the way to reach Almighty God and find salvation.
A person may question why the need to follow a prophet in order to serve Almighty God or that they already believe in God through one of the many other religions in the world and why the need to follow the final prophet as they already follow one of the previous scriptures or prophets.
The answer is quite simple, Almighty God is the legislator and we humans are subjected to His laws. All previous legislation sent to previous prophets were meant for a particular people and for a particular period of time but becomes outdated when a new legislation is revealed and the people were required to follow the new and latest legislation.
For example, if a person who comes back to work for a company which they left twenty years ago cannot expect to follow the company rules which existed twenty years ago as throughout the years the company updated and introduced new rules, therefore the person must follow the latest upto date company rules.
For example, if a person returns to a country they left thirty years ago cannot expect to follow the laws of the country which existed thirty years ago. The government of that country updates and introduces new laws evey so often or when the need arises and everyone must comply with the country's latest and current upto date laws.
Likewise, all previous scriptures became outdated when the latest upto date revelation and legislation (Al Quran) was revealed.
Almighty God sent many revelations and legislation throughout the ages and every time a new legislation was revealed it would include new laws or update previous legislations. When the Quran was revealed, it was the latest, most upto date, final and complete revelation and legislation which means no new revelation or legislation will be revealed after it and everyone from the time of its revelation until the end of time will have to comply and adhere to this revelation and legislation if they want to serve Almighty God as He wants to be served and worshipped.
For a person to distinguish a path/religion as the true correct path, they would want to see something amazing or want some signs to convince and reassure them that this is the clear true way. The answer to this is the Quran. It is full of signs and miracles to distinguish and validate itself as the clear truth and the light which brings people out of darkness.
The previous prophets were also sent with signs and miracles to convince the people that they were prophets. The final prophet was given the Quran as the greatest sign and miracle ever given to any prophet and messenger as he was given the greatest task ever given to a prophet which was to convey the message of Almighty God to the whole of mankind whereas all the previous prophets and messengers were only given the task to convey the message of Almighty God to their own people or nation.
Also the miracle and sign which was given to the final prophet needed to stand the test of time as the message of Almighty God. The answer to this is the Quran as it is the evidence which proves itself as a sign and miracle at any given time from the time of revelation until the end of time.
A creator who creates a creation for a purpose will want the creation to do exactly what the creator wants it to do and how the creator wants the creation to do it and will not accept what the creation decides as the correct way to serve its purpose.
Hence the reason why Almighty God sends prophets and messengers to teach and show the people exactly how Almighty God wants the people to serve and worship Him and anything that He did not legislate will not be accepted by Him.
Life is a gift and a great favour to humans as we are given the opportunity to attain entry into eternal heaven by serving our purpose of life and should feel privileged and grateful to be chosen, created and blessed with this opportunity.
Every human soul before coming to earth happily and willingly agreed as a precondition to take the covenant with Almighty God that we will fulfil our purpose of life on earth which is to worship Him. Almighty God mentions in the Quran that He created Man for the sole purpose of worshipping Him and that we came from Him and to Him we will return.
Conclusion:
Everything in existence is in order for a purpose and if there was no purpose, there would be no order and existence.
If a person ponders deeply about the magnificent design, engineering and balance of the creation, they will not find any flaws/void and will realise the creation is in perfect order. This is mentioned in the Quran, that Almighty God will make His signs apparent within themselves and what is around them to those who use their intelligence.
They will only come to one conclusion that this must be the creation of a superior intelligent and powerful creator and it is evident that the purpose of the creation of nature is to serve as a source of provision for human life.
This must also mean there is a purpose to the life of a human being as it would not make sense for a creator to sustain human life without a purpose.
Therefore, life cannot be meaningless and only about survival, pleasure or simply for the sake of living and using the provisions the world has to offer when in reality the world is nothing but a stage for the test of life to take place.
Almighty God tells mankind in the Quran the purpose of their creation and that He has chosen Islam as the only acceptable path that will reach Him.
This claim being made to mankind in the Quran could be of paramount importance which needs to be taken into consideration as it claims to have serious consequences for non compliance. The claim can only be verified as the truth if the Quran can be authenticated as being from the One it claims to be from.
This is where a person needs to listen to the recitation of the Quran whilst understanding the words being recited and decide for themself by using rational and logical reasoning to determine if the Quran is truthful in its claim, that it is a revelation from Almighty God and the most important information/knowledge for mankind so they can find the way to salvation in the hereafter.
If a person is convinced that the Quran is truthful, then it will become their most valuable asset as the information/knowledge from the Quran will benefit and progress them in the hereafter. As for the information/knowledge of the worldly matters is only temporary fixations which only benefit short term and cannot be used to progress in the hereafter as it was only useful for the worldly matters.
Now, after the truth has been made clear, a person has the choice to either turn away from the truth and carry on living according to their own will and desires and be counted as the arrogant one and join the same fate as the devil who disobeyed Almighty God out of arrogance or will they accept and embrace the truth by submitting and living according to the will of Almighty God.

Surah Maryam (chapter Mary, mother of Jesus): chapter 19, verse 1-40
🔖 God (Allah in Arabic, Allaha in Aramaic, Jesus' native language) swears by the angels who, at our death, extract the souls of the disbelievers with violence, and also swears by those angles who take the souls of the good ones gently, like undoing the knots, untying them! That is how death is made easy and soft for the believers. Notes:
Notice a lesson in preaching. God almighty tells Moses PBUH , a great prophet to say to Pharaoh , a tremendous tyrant, "WILL YOU BE WILLING TO" in Arabic it is "hal laka " which is a soft invitation and in another chapter God said to Moses speak to Pharaoh SOFTLY, though God knows he would not believe, and later you heard God saying to Mohammad PBUH, "you are only a Warner", meaning you inform, people decide, no pushing people to accept the message.
Kindly notice the multiple transitions in this passage. Many non Muslim linguists say it is unique in Quran:
When God says, "Have you heard the story of Moses?" Right after it is followed by a command, "Go to Pharaoh..." There is no introduction in this case, as in other accounts of the same story.
Notice the second bigger transition " from Allah/Moses dialogue to the Moses/Pharaoh scene and dialogue. It was a sudden transition. Instead of saying "when Moses finished speaking to God, he went to Pharaoh's palace and told him will you be willing to…etc., and then he showed him the signs " the scene jumped to: "HE SHOWED him the big sign" It was given and understood that Moses went to Pharaoh and said what God commanded him to do. The transition from one scene to another is smooth as if you are watching it unfold.
Notice the dramatic increase in the action verbs: "he showed, but Pharaoh denied, disobeyed, turned his back, striving (in Arabic, an adverb in the form of a verb), gathered his people, called out, and said I am your lord, then God seized him, etc." All this in very short sentences that make you see the story unfold before your eyes visually. Because the verb in Arabic carries the pronoun and gender of the person doing the action, the Quran in Arabic is even more condensed and lacks the explanatory brackets that you see in the English translation.
Notice the powerful description of Hellfire on that Day, "And Hellfire will be EXPOSED to those who see". You do not approach it gradually, but rather the Hellfire is EXPOSED, it APPEARS to those who SEE!, a very powerful presentation!
There is much more that can be interpreted in this short passage!
Note: whenever you read in the Quran the word "man" in English in the sense of MANkind , in the original Arabic text, God uses the word "human" (INSAN). God has no gender bias. However, there are a few exceptions. Read this verse: "Allah has not made for a MAN two hearts in his interior" Quran 33-4. Here, the word used is "man" (rajul, meaning "man" in Arabic). Guess why God did not use the word "human" (Insan) in this particular verse? It is a good exercise, and then, kindly see the answer below.
Answer: Because if He had said HUMAN (INSAN) in this particular verse, it would include women, some of whom have two hearts in them, their own hearts and their babies' hearts if they are pregnant! That is how precise and eloquent the words of the Lord are, Almighty Allah, the Exalted, the Wise.
If anyone exercises inference and reflection on God's words, he or she will become more intelligent and eloquent. Allah promises to grant the person light in order for them to understand his book. Of course, it helps to read the verses' interpretation and background, but the bare translation is still impressive. The eloquence in style is aimed at the Arabs of the time, who were famous for their poetry and eloquence, in order to challenge their eloquence and demonstrate that it is unattainable even by them. That is why they were speechless when they heard the Quran being recited and could not categorize the style when they heard it, it is not poetry, nor prose nor etc. Of course, the other miracles, eloquence in meaning, science, predictions, lessons, etc., are for all humanity because it is the last and final message.

Yeah it's the same story but your pastors doesn't tell the whole story. Quran is Allah words its not man story. By the way do you know that pharaoh body Allah presarved it. It is in Egypt.
I would like to explain to you Islam in a nutshell. It’s one of the most misunderstood faiths of today, mainly due to propaganda.
The English word god comes from the Old English god, which itself is derived from the Proto-Germanic *ǥuđán.
Arabic-speakers of all Abrahamic faiths, including Christians and Jews, use the word "Allah", the earliest Semitic writings include the word Allah as the creator. The Aramaic word for "God" in the language of Assyrian Christians is ʼĔlāhā, or Alaha.
Allah is the creation of the Universe and beyond. The word “Islam” means submission. Submission to the Almighty who has no partners in association. The word “Muslim” means the one whom Submits to the one creator.
Islam started from the time of Adam and continues from the revelations sent by Moses and Jesus until Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon them all). Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was a seal to Prophethood and the final revelation was sent to him by the Almighty Allah - the Quran.
Allah sent down Prophets and Messengers to all nations over time ( including Adam, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Jethro, Job, Ezekiel, Moses, Noah, Jesus and Muhammad - Peace be upon them all). The message was to teach the people Tawheed. The oneless of Allah ☝🏼 that he has no partners or idols in association that he is Alone.
Adam was the first man, he repented after eating from the forbidden tree. No man after him inherited a sin but the notion of repentance was introduced. Since man is imperfect.
Virgin Mary (Maryam in Arabic) the Mother of Jesus is known to be one of the best women to have walked this Earth. An entire chapter is dedicated to her in the Qur’an. Jesus was risen by Allah and didn’t die a humiliating death. He will return on the day of judgment.
Allah sent Prophets and revelations to every nation (Torah, Gospel, Pslams etc.) However the true books were changed and originals were unfounded.
Prophet Muhammad pbuh was born during a time where extreme idolatry was practiced across the entire Arabian peninsula. Allah sent a final Prophet and vowed to protect the FINAL revelation from Corruption. The Quran mentions all previous revelations (Pslams, Gospel, Torah) in truth. From the stories of the past from Adam to Noah, Moses and Jesus all mentioned in this book.
During these heightened times of ignorance, I advise anyone interested in a faith that is so badly translated due to the political climate to read the Quran in English. The English Translation from Muhsin Khan is well recommended.

Islam is an Abrahamic religion that completes the monotheistic religions (judaism, christianity and Islam). This is why there are many same stories of prophets as Moses, Abraham, Ishmael, Jesus etc. Islam is the last warning from God through the Quran. There are words of God in the Bible. But the whole Bible is not God's word.
That's why there are many versions, errors, concoctions, corruptions and contradictions.
If you read The Quran, the Last and Final Testament doesn't contradict the bible except where the bible contradicts itself.
JESUS speeks Aramaic in Aramaic ( Elah ) means "god" in Arabic ALLAH means God see it is the same GOD Jesus talked about.
The Quran the sunna and the Hadith define Islam. According the the latter Muhammad was a slave trader and he used to loot the caravans of non muslims. He worked as the servant of a rich old widow and later he married her. He also married a six year old girl and also his own daughter in law after forcing his adopted son to divorce her. Inspite of this Muslims say that he was the greatest man who ever lived. If anyone does this today the police will put him in jail.
Then why did muslins fight Jihad against Chridtisns and Chridtians fight crusades against Muslims.

(17:88) this challenge made by Allah the creator of all more than 1400 years and till this day still no one can meet this challenge. Jesus Christ (peace be upon him)is not God nor son of God in the sense that Christians understand, rather he's a mighty prophet and a messenger of God and he's the messiah, Jesus prayed to God and taught his people to do so, even though the Bible is corrupted by people who followed their whims and desires, you won't find anywhere in it that Jesus claimed to be God or asked people to worship him, God sent all of his messengers and prophet with the same message that is to worship him alone and do good deeds, and that's the only way for salvation starting from Adam(peace be upon him) till the last and final messenger prophet Muhammad ﷺ , no one died for your sins. The Bible has been edited by men who changed the words of God according to their whims and desires, and the authors of the Bible are not known and that's not just me saying, it's what Christians scholars say, ( most of the Christians believe that they're the disciples of Jesus but that's not true) Did you know that the last version of the Bible (New Revised Standard Version) was published in 1989. ? I mean when will they stop revising? This quote from the RSV Preface as follows:" The King James Version has grave defects…these defects are so many and so serious as to call for revision. But the Quran is the verbatim words of God and he preserved it from change, and there're no errors or contradictions in the Quran, that's why there's only one Quran while there're many versions of the Bible.

Jesus Christ (peace be upon him) is not God nor son of God in the sense that Christians understand; son of God means pious or righteous,that's why there're many sons of God in the Bible, God sent all of his messengers to teach people the way toGod how to worship him to have eternal life in heaven, Jesus(pbuh) is a prophet and a messenger from God and he is the Messiah, he didn't die for anyone's sins, Allah saved him from crucifixion and raised him alive to heaven, he will come back and kill the Anti Christ and rule the world with justice, but you're following teachings of the church and Paul, you're not following the real message of Jesus (pbuh)), Jesus said in the Bible the only true God is the father ( john 17:3) also he said : I'm going to my father and your father my God and your God ( john 20:17) , also in the Bible Jesus refers to himself as a prophet in (Mark 6:4 ): "Jesus said to them, 'A prophet is not without honor except in his own town, among his relatives and in his own home.'"
And if you want to read it in context here it's: Mark (6:2-4) : When the Sabbath came, He began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were astonished, "where did this man get these ideas? They asked. " What is this wisdom he has been given? And how can he perform such miracles? Isn't this the carpenter, the son of Mary and the brother of James, Joses, Jodas,and Simon ? Aren't his sisters here with us as well? And they took offense at him. Then Jesus said to them " Only in his hometown among his relatives, and in his own household is a prophet without honor you won't find anywhere in the Bible Jesus saying he is God or worship me ! In the Bible you'll find Jesus Christ as a prophet ( Matthew 21:11) (And the crowds were saying:this is the prophet Jesus from Nazareth in Galilee)also in Luke 24:19. And remember when Jesus was asked what's the most important commandment he said: { the most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.} Mark (12:29), he never taught Trinity; {They have certainly disbelieved who say, "Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary" while the Messiah has said, "O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord." Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers. Surely, disbelievers are those who say, “Allah is the third of the three” while there is no god but One God. If they do not desist from what they say, a painful punishment shall certainly befall such disbelievers.} Transition of the meanings of Quran the last and final revelation from God (120:72-73).
