Haha, its not a skirt. It is a traditional outfit which may look like a skirt; mostly worn by males back at home(Fiji Islands). Its something similar to the Scottish traditional wear for males, but the design is different.

The design is different its something similar to wrapped around sarong it has its own belt which you use to tighten it around your waist.I suggest you either go buy it or get an islander to show it to you. Samoans,Tongans and Fijians usually wear these.
It's a South Pacific attire for males, and there's clearly no scripture or verse that bans it. Besides, I know the bible also says not to judge others or you'll be judged. You might want to enlighten yourself more on learning about Pacific Islanders and their unique culture.
