    Which scripture or book(s) mentions Adam has that staff and how did that staff get into Amorite's hand. Thank you always.💙

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Not sure what you mean about an "Amorite's hand" (maybe Medianite i.e. Jethro) but the knowledge comes from Midrash (Pirkei d’Rabbi Eliezer, ch. 40) which elaborates:
      Rabbi Levi said: That staff which was created in the twilight was delivered to the first man out of the Garden of Eden. Adam delivered it to Enoch, and Enoch delivered it to Noah, and Noah to Shem. Shem passed it on to Abraham, Abraham to Isaac, and Isaac to Jacob, and Jacob brought it down to Egypt and passed it on to his son Joseph, and when Joseph died and they pillaged his household goods, it was placed in the palace of Pharaoh.
      And Jethro was one of the magicians of Egypt, and he saw the staff and the letters which were upon it, and he desired it in his heart, and he took it and brought it, and planted it in the midst of the garden of his house. No one was able to approach it any more.
      When Moses came to his house, he went into Jethro’s garden, and saw the staff and read the letters which were upon it, and he put forth his hand and took it. Jethro watched Moses, and said: “This one in the future will redeem Israel from Egypt.” Therefore, he gave him Tzipporah his daughter to be his wife…

    Looking for a few answers about Christ virgin birth. Ap per a question posed he didn't meet the Torah standards for being the Messiah, even though his lineage was from King David.
    Do you have a teaching to explain this scenario why he will return as Messiah yet didn't meet it from the Fatherless of flesh/sired lineage ?
    Shalom

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Whether or not one believes In the virgin birth, it is important to realize that both Joseph and Mary ancestry came through both David's and Solomon's lineage (through whom it was prophesied Messiah would come) and thus their son would fulfill the prophecies pertaining to the lineage of Messiah whether through one or both of them.

    Good day Rabbi. I would like to know about my family Crest. Surname = Stebbing. May I please ask if you could help me explain my lineage. Thank you so much

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Stebbing (Essex) which is recorded as Stubbinges in 1183 Stebinges in 1212 is a place-name which means ‘the people of a man called Stybba’ (meaning stumps, and indicates that the original bearer lived in or near an area which had been cleared of trees.). The name Stebbing was brought to England by the Normans when they conquered the country in 1066. The Normans, (from Nortmanni: "Northmen"), were actually descendants of the Vikings and originally from Denmark which was established by the tribes of Dan (Dan-mark) and Benjamin who was also represented amongst the Belgae and the Normans (see Genesis 46:21).
      In his blessings of his sons before his death, Jacob blessed his youngest son Benjamin: "Benjamin is a preying wolf...." and so a wolf was always the symbol of the tribe Benjamin in their migrations. Interestingly, the Norman symbol is said to have been a wolf and so too was the wolf a symbol of the Dacae amongst the Getae. William the Conqueror bore a wolf on his standard. Godfroi de Bouillon (ca.1099), Crusader King of Jerusalem, also claimed descent from Benjamin. Old accounts say that the Franks had come from the former Saxon area of Maurunganie in North Germany below the place of the Normans. The first ruling house of the Franks were the Merovingians and recently it has been claimed that the Merovingian Franks were also descended from Benjamin .
      Athol Bloomer however says, "The Merovingians are most likely from the Tribe of Dan. Their tradition of long hair and the name Samson among the Royal House would indicate descent from Samson and thus the Tribe of Dan"... so we see that Dan and Benjamin lived together in the North of Europe where the Northsmen, the Normans came to England from. Hope this helps! Blessings to you in your continued Torah studies and spiritual growth representing these tribes in the path of repentance and return! Hallelu Yah!

    That larger portion blessing, landed squarely on the United States of America- by rules of lineage and inheritance. The modern nation state of Israel is the one tribe of Juda, which did NOT receive the birthright blessing.
