Yes, there is a right way to sing and there is a wrong way. Listen to Peggy to learn the right way. A pure professional.

Peggy is marvelous. MARVELOUS. Those three male dancers behind her and the choreography is totally cool, and I swear, one of them looks like Frank Sinatra. ahahahaha.

Peggy influenced a lot of us singers. She was the real McCoy, making it all look so easy.

Pure gold ! Times were simple, woman were gorgeous & classy, innocence in the air, the music is just amazing - someone please build a time machine.

Gorgeous and classy, definitely, but this doesn't sound that innocent to me.

@@macksawyer6221 No worries, there's always going to be someone who manages to find a negative in something or accuse it of such. Congrats, it's you. Have a great day, the best is yet to come.

Today's female artist should view this How a True Lady performs before her audience.

Such a sensual, but classy performance, including the dancers. :)

Capitol Records had Peggy Lee, Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, Nancy Wilson, Bing Crosby, and The Beatles. Real Singers, Timeless Music. Love seeing Peggy perform live.

Nat King Cole preceded all of the above at Capitol...he signed with Capitol in its founding year of 1942. Nat's early record sales are said to have paid for the construction of the famous Capitol Records Bldg in Los Angeles ("the house that Nat built") and provided the working 'capital' to grow the business. All the above singers recorded significantly on other labels; Nat recorded exclusively for Capitol Records from its founding to his death in 1965. He did more to establish Capitol Records than any other singer - including Sinatra, who didn't join the label until 1953 and departed after his final 1961 Capitol recording.

Peggy is wonderful as always. She rarely used back up dancers on stage because, well frankly, she did not need them.

I have always been a fan of Ms. Peggy Lee. I loved her in "Pete Kelly's Blues". After reading the Wikipedia article on her I was greatly amazed. I didn't know she was responsible for so many things in her life.
