From all the episodes, it always seems like Chiquita struggles during the practice's, but when she gets on the stage, in the lights, she just slays it.
Yap she is struggling so much but she did it when they are performing. all of this evaluations are consists of three missions 1. solo vocals 2. Group vocals and the last is the dance group but take note all of this happen in a month only last year but chiquita got infected by COVID-19 virus. Her throat is still hurting read what ahyeon said when they are practicing this group vocals. In the solo vocal Chiquita's father said in an interview that she got her voice back 2 days before the performance👍😉☺️♥️ happen

Asa and Ruka back to back is something I look forward to seeing more of after they debut.
Can't believe these girls range from 14 to 20; they're so professional for being this young. So much pressure but if you really want it. This is why the best rise to the top after all they go through.
at time of this performance their ages was between 13 _ 19

All members are unique and important, but like Jennie of BLACKPINK.. It's natural that Ahyeon of Baby Monster should be the center. It's immutable.
* During the long training period.. There's a reason why YG family experts say Ahyeon is the most suitable center.
* She's Deffinitely the ACE of the group.

The series confused me as well since we know that a monthly evaluation consists of a solo performance, group song, and group dance. I just figured out that the BLACKPINK ,mission was in April 2022 and the "Last Evaluation" is their last missions in May 2022. The solos are the part of the monthly evaluation for their last evaluation. So the next group dance should be the last of the 'Last Evaluation.' So when they say LAST Mission they mean it as the monthly evaluation as a whole so they have to do a solo, group song, and group dance performances for this last evaluation.
I think that the friendship between Ahyeon and Chiquita is because they probably spent the most time together since they are roommates. I think that Ahyeon is a friend to tell it like how it is and she just wants everyone to do their best. From the behind the scenes video it seems like she would feel responsible if someone got eliminated. Ahyeon also knew that Chiquita was suffering because of covid since you see her trying to comfort Chiquita in the last week of practice. Chiquita probably missed the third week of her solo and group practice which is the reason that she really didn't have time. They were all telling Chiquita to take care of her throat in the last week of practice because she was suffering just to get the proper notes out. Ahyeon might be the unofficial leader like Jennie is for BLACKPINK after watching this episode.

My family and I got covid last year and it took so long for our throats to heal, mine was so painful it is like there were thorns on my throat. My mom's voice took soooo many months to go back to it's normal sound. So it amazes me how Chiquita did it and tried to deliver her best at the time of the evaluation. She truly wants this.

In the 2nd last evaluation teaser it looks like there’s still 2-3 performances we haven’t seen yet
Yeah, they didn't show that part when someone called out for the vocalist to step forward. That girl is basically saying "If we got the chords wrong, isn't it normal for the vocalist to come forward and point it out, but no one is doing that right now. That's dangerous."
I think after that part, Haram and Ahyeon began to lead the team. I guess they edit out that part to make it clean on the part of Ahyeon taking up the leadership. Because that part somehow low key scolding the vocalists (there are five in BABYMONSTER) for not taking the initiative.

Here's what I think...... After the dance performance, YG will 'grade' them dramatically and I still believe in OT 7, then there will be a few eps for pre-debut, behind the scene or the preparation for the debut event. ( I assumed Rora and Haram has Finals for school, so everything will launch sometime in late June or July ? I guess ) Anyway, can't wait their debut.
Another funny thing I discover....
When you look back the end of ep 4, Ruka and Ahyeon outfit was different than what we saw their solo last evaluation performance in ep 6 n 7 .
1) in the end of ep 4, Ruka is wearing the same outfit as we we saw her very first live performance months ago.
2) Ahyeon dress differently in ep 7.
And also, the stage setting ( especially the background light setting is different than the other members')
So, I think Ruka's first performance actually was her last evaluation performance.
But what song did Ahyeon sing for her last evaluation? I have no idea.
I understand producer will mix n match and edit different clips together. But tats ok, I still enjoy their performances anyway.
Btw, Chiquita, ASA n Pharita are my favorites.
We literally have the same favorites. And the rest are my bias wreckers. ❤
Something to keep in mind while watching these last three Episodes.... They are taking place in the same month evaluation.... Solos, Group vocal, and Dance performance (2NE1 mashup). Therefore, Chiquita had COVID during this month...and only got over it near the end of the month. An added pressure on not just her, but the group performances too. She had to "catch up" with the others. Glad Ahyon came to help her so much... even though she, herself, had her own stress of song change mid month. True leadership qualities.
Here's one thing most should have seen already.... the Logo of the Babymonster channel shows 7 people. Why bother with that when you will eliminate 1 or 2? Also, notice the blurred out faces of some of the trainees? Those ladies/girls did not make the cut, most likely. By the time they were doing this evaluations, it could just be a strategy of YG to push them more to do their best since in their mind, it has been planted that not all of them would be chosen. The drive to excel so they would not be eliminated is a good motivation for them to bring out their A-game...every time! Ever since first episode, they would end as 7 members. So don't fret. They would launch as 7-member Babymonster... unless something really drastic happens. Hope not! The very Best to your channel! Godspeed!
Next episode is by far the most emotional so be prepared lol if you haven't watched it yet

I think the one in the previous teaser that they are talking who needs to step up is for another performance. Cuz what I read from YG insider that they have another song but most of it is self made so maybe that's where it came from they just cut it and put it there. 🤔🤭

I normally gravitate towards the singers. All the singers pulled off their parts great. However, I was actually more impressed with the rap part. Especially since the original had no rap in it. They made it flow with the original so well and the back and forth between Ruka and Asa was beautiful to see and listen to. This song is one of my favorite songs and (imho) somehow this version was better.
at first I hated it as well how they keep dragging this, but now since we are sure they'll keep all of them, it feels like a reality show lol I kinda like it.

Just for fun : May I know why the fire truck was there anything?
As a longtime follower of YG groups (17 years), Ahyeon is definitely the type of leader YG chooses for his groups. Ahyeon leading the practice is very reminiscent of how BIGBANG's G-Dragon and former iKON's B.I leads practices with strictness knowing they could do better mixed with WINNER's Yoon, 2NE1's CL, and TREASURE's Hyunsuk&Jihoon leading practices in a more comforting way. With that said, if YG were to make a leader for BAEMON the top candidate would be Ahyeon followed by Ruka and Haram.
I think Chiquita could do better, but she definitely loss her confidence when grouping in this ep. Love Chiquita ❤❤❤❤
She even have anxiety too because of being sick by COVID-19 virus she didn't get more time to practice with her solo vocals and this group vocals her throat is still hurting and at the same time pressured hit her too. All of the trial that comes to her during this evaluations makes me admires her😊❤
i know you're reacting to Baby monster but you got me curious as to what's happening to your neighbors and how you're able to keep it calm with the fire truck and ambulance lol
A few things in regards to that:
1. We live right next to a fire station (like down the block) so, occasionally we just see fire trucks around. But this one had its lights on, so I was mildly concerned, but since we see them all the time I wasnt like incredibly concerned.
2. The building across from us has an elderly couple who unfortunately has had to take several emergency ambulance rides. I didnt actually see anyone get taken out on a stretcher this time, so i think everything ended up being fine. They did go into the building though.
So everything worked out ok!!! I feel like just bc I have seen the fire trucks around a lot, it wasnt like immediate panic or weird vibes.
I think next week gonna be their last ep of this documentary.. Then we gonna get all full performance for the group
Like treasure before, they promote them with a bunch of dance covers, and all of them are in a group !! YG is YG, predictable but consistent in promoting something THE BESTTTT AGENCY FOR DEBUTTING IDOLS

They cut the part where Ruka talks about stepping up in the trailer. Ruka has a potential to be the leader but they keep cutting her scenes...
I get really frustrated when people use Chiquita having Covid as an excuse cause for this episode. Her problem here is completely a technique issue and not a issue with her throat. She is struggling to ping a note. Building chords is completely about an ability to sing an a5 or whatever note is required without being off. Everyone know that she can hit the note but she lacks the experience and technique due to being so far behind on tracing since she is only there for 2 years and everyone else has like 3 more year’s experience
