dito sa NewZealand chef Paul napakaganda ng food preparation with exotic names na napakamahal pero kulang sa panlasa kumpleto sa food resources ( pure NZ Angus beef/Wagyu+fresh green veggies). yung Wagyu beef nila is produced only in the greenest grass and cold island of South Island Dunedin . i have visited the place . there is ‘confluence of affluence‘ (ClaudeTayag-BaleDutung Angeles) . Food is just about Presentation- Quoted . ikumpara mo sa pagkain ng VietNam o Cambodia masarap na simple presentation. they were colonised by the French cooking kasi kaya napakasarap ng lasa at mura pa with NZ ingredients . lalo na yung noodles(Pho) nila dinarayo talaga kaya puno restaurant palagi . keep it up chef Paul . maganda ang food presentation nyo.

Was being offered a farm lot sa murang halaga, kaso malayo sabi ko.. but when I watched this episode, parang walang malayo when you see it as an investment..you'll never know...
It’s a weird style of cooking steak. No visible steak crust. I’m not saying it’s wrong malay ko ba baka developed in-house style nila ng pagluluto ng steak yan.
overhyped prices sa tagaytay.. di naman big deal ang mga lasa..sa pampanga lalu na sa nueva ecija mas masarap sa mga highways na kainan..sa tagaytay nice ambiance but bland taste and overpriced prices..
