Red Bull Joyride Run 2023 - Emil Johansson

The perfect season… is something I’ve dreamt of accomplishing for a long time but always thought it would be a task too big to achieve. Last season I proved myself wrong with 4 out of 4 wins and with that also claiming my 4th World Tour Title.
It was a very tough day on the hill, minimal practice & many wind delays later we managed to get one run done. It was loose but held it together... Not the contest run I was looking for neither the form I would have like to be in… suffering lots of pain in my right shoulder due to a crash in practice. But nevertheless very happy with how things panned out anyway. Looking forward to getting my shoulder 100% again & ready for what’s next!
Would like to say thanks to all the fans for coming out and watching us do our thing. Without YOU Red Bull Joyride wouldn’t be the same 🫶🏼 see you soon!

SWITCH FOOT TAKE OFFS & SWITCH FOOT LANDINGS!!! is the only way you young guns have a chance at beating emil. he got too good too fast :p i would suggest practicing switch foot landings on a full suspension. maybe even a dirt bike. but i think you might wanna practice switch foot take offs on your slope bike right from the get go. imagine doing a run where u go off reg then land switch. next jump u go off switch n land reg. next jump u go off switch n land switch. i been thinking about this for the last week & thought someone might need to read this ! you’re welcome ❤ goodluck shredders !!!
