For a strong free to play/beginner level build, use Sharingan from kakashi, Leaf flash from Lee or Leaf Whirlwind, Lighting style: SCJ from kakashi, and Seven Heavenly Breaths or Eight inner gates: gates of limits from Lee as your ultimate. This all can be earn within the first 2 hours of gameplay and it is extremely easy to use. Make sure before going into a fight to always have either Sharingan proc on or your SCJ charged that way you can always get out of fights easily.
I’ve found a build I’ve really been enjoying lately is atk: Sharingan Uchiha halo dance Exploding clone Thunder god gloves 8 gates Black crane outfit I love playing with this build as I feel so fast and very hard to kill with the sharingan for a 10s exploding clone timer

Hey HD, been playing around in multi-player with some healer builds and found an amazing build. Six paths Chakra rebirth 8 trigrams air palm Time space hop Spring Storm For the ninja tool its the Scientific Rasengan For the weapon it doesn't really matter although I have been using the umbrella and it works in pretty well.
Kawaki lowkey trash ngl, i don’t have him just because I’ve heard he’s not all that, but if you don’t have haku, shisui, adult Naruto/sasuke they’re your best bets fr… I still want haku lol

Most likely sharingan, shadow clone ninja tool as well, thats 3 subs
It's possible they have the ninja tool and using Angel's Advent which resets the cooldown on the ninja tool
