This guy is incredible. Even when he wants to go fast and says "i'm gonna go fast and not explain because i already explained in the last video", he still takes the time and effort to explain so everyone gets it. How can you ask for a better professor??
I wish Professor Leonard would look into the camera and say, "Head nod if you follow that" or "Hand up if you follow that" like he does when there are students in the classroom. I don't know why but I always nod my head/raise my hand when he says that 😂 🤣 Anyways, I was a few lectures behind but am catching up. Thanks for the lectures Professor!
Thank you so much Professor Leonard. You explain the concept so well, and you don't expect us to immediately understand the little assumptions you make, you take your time to explain them and I am so, so grateful for that.
Enjoying your videos Prof. Leonard.Wishing you riches and other blessings. The following subtopics of Differential Equations I would love for you to cover soon: 1. Method of Undetermined Coefficients for non-homogeneous equations 2. Variation of Parameter method for non-homogeneous equations 3. Second order homogeneous and non-homogeneous Cauchy-Euler differential equations 4. Power Series: Taylor and Maclaurin Series 5. Laplace Transform 6. Numerical Methods (Runge-Kutta method)
I'd vote for 5 and 1/2 as 1/2 and 5 are DE related topics covered in most DE courses. We have pracccctically everything one could want in this DE course series but these important topics for engineers.
You remind me of myself when I was teaching, explaining every little detail so the students understood what you were doing. Putting your self in their shoes, as if you were learning it the first time..
Dr. Leonard you are by far the best professor ive come across. at first I thought this concept was very challenging to grasp but you make it look like clock work. Keep it up!
I'm from Europe, namely, the Czech Republic and I wanted to thank you. I don't know, how should I say thank you but it means a lot. Huge honour for me. Wish you a good luck Peter :-)
first exam 94 XD thanks prof leonard, wish i used your vids earlier. ill definitely recommend your channel for up and coming students for their math classes.
Thank you soooooooo much for all these videos!! You're the reason I'm passing all these math courses! You make the topics so enjoyable and easy (: I wish you all the best!!
A friend of mine came behind me the other day and I was watching one of this videos where you had a short hand, he said "wow, so John Cena now lectures?" 😂😂 Prof, Thank you so much, you're soo amazing.
Sir, you are Awesome! The way you teach make Maths really Interesting, I wish others teachers should learn from you and try to make students understand the concepts and logic rather than mugging up the formula and solve the questions. Thank You So Much Professor
I don't know why your content is underrated, maybe because you take some extra time and effort to explain but I like your explanation. I really appreciate your work and I studied all the calculus only from you and never got a single marks less in calculus in exams. Edit: I watched all your calculus playlist except TTP, they are really good
Hey man third year college student and I’m retaking DE taking my first exam Monday and using your videos to study. I’m understanding this stuff thanks to you man
Absolutely love this guy! I agree with all the wonderful things people say about him! But i do believe there is a partial derivative error on the Tan^-1(y) problem. The partial derivative is incorrect. I even tried online calculators and they all say its incorrect. With that being said i am looking forward to the next video where we fond the integrating factor because i believe the partial derivatives are not the same.
So if it's not exact, meaning the partials are not equal to one another, you just have to find the integrating factor that make them equal and go about business as usual?

He is amazing indeed
💯💯💯
I love this guy...I pray for his safety everyday.
Professor, I really appreciate the effort you put into making these videos, thank you! They mean a lot to us.
You posted this about 3 hours before my ODE midterm and saved my grade! you are the best teacher on youtube!! Thank You!!

YOU DESERVE NOBLE AWARD YOUR EXPLANATION IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THIS VIDEO IS SENSATIONAL, SPLENDID OUT OF THIS WORLD.
yet to find anyone who explains these concepts better than you, keep up the great work
This guy makes things so much easier. Thank you a thousand times.
A Masterpiece. This man should be the role model for every professor alive!
Dude. You are seriously the best. I ~KNOW~ I couldn't have gotten this far in my engineering education without you. Almost done!!

Prof, Thank you so much, you're soo amazing.
you literally saved my life
I am very sincere
I just really wish you the best of everything in this world

Thank You So Much Professor
Oh man! You just popped on my TH-cam after like 3 years...you used to help me so much plus you are so cute!
From that Star Wars story it sounds like you were a cool kid. Thanks for the math help it is greatly appreciated. Coolest math professor around!
Wow I never knew Clark Kent also taught calculus! The "superman" of math

The best playlist out there!
thank you for the help Professor, you're a gift to the world
Hey man third year college student and I’m retaking DE taking my first exam Monday and using your videos to study. I’m understanding this stuff thanks to you man
also I don't mind your star wars story :)
You are saving my life
You have helped me so much in my calc 1, 2, and 3 classes and now in ode. Thank you so much!
What is your major? Just curious xD
Imma biochemistry major with minor in neuroscience
Mathematics major

youre actually a legend sir
you're literally a hero
Thanks a ton, Professor, you're a lifesaver!
Thank you so much for your amazing videos, If it wasn't for your videos i would have never learned or understood mathematics ...
Thank you. I needed the little extra bit. I was wondering why they kept adding a function of y at the end and you've answered it. :)
Thanks - great explanation and examples! You've made it really easy to understand.
I love the line "the reason I went into math is that I just love crossing stuff out"
My professor in DE is from India I can’t understand him lol! But watching your videos help me a lot!! Thank you so much!!
God bless you. love from South Africa.
Freaking loved it thank you.... I wish my professors were like that!
46:55 Prof. Leonard lore 😳

Should’ve finished that Star Wars anecdote. Also thank you for the videos.
thank you professor you're my hero i enjoy alot watching and learning from your videos
wish you good 🤗
It would be better if my universty provide these videos in online learning instead of junky online lectures. Thank you for ending my misery.
This giga Chad Walter white is really good
on everything , I will donate half my first salary to this man after I graduate
🇩🇿Your explanation is great and I understood it easily
And the best teacher!
since calc you been my professor
I look forward to linear algebra.
GREAT CONTENT AS ALWAYS!!!!!!
I wish I could hit the like button waaaaaay more than once.
Really cool explanation ! Many thanks !
You are a god among men.
thank you very very much , help me a lot
Thank uuu so much professor you're just Amaaaazing I love watching u doing math it's interesting for me ❤
Oh Captian, my Captian!
Henry Cavill with glasses, teaching differential equations...Impossible not to understand
Sir You explains really good, More videos on second order differential equation of CF and PI stuff please, and also make videos on fourier series.
Oh god this is beautiful I cant handle it
You are my savior 😍
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
looking forward to solving non homogenous second order equations
Thank you so much
Thank you so much!
You are awesome😃
At 17:51 shouldn't 2y not go to 0 and instead become 2 since it's respect to y?
Thank u so much
You are the best 🤴
thank you sir
OMG, I looooove you you are amaizzzzzing
Are not exact equations apart of any of your videos by any chance?
you are buff sir
He looks like every guy from every video game ever
Super man ✨😍
Guys can someone let me know where I can watch the 2nd order differential equations from ? Cuz he has no video about that ?
you gotta finish your star wars story
tell us more about star wars obsessed Leonard
Greetings, how can I get the last statistics chapters if possible ☺️🙏🏼 thank you
Thank u sir
Leonard, would it be possible to do some content that was specific to pre-apprentiship math that was specific to trades?
Great
Why can't you just integrate M and then integrate N and retain the obvious correct components of the resuts in the final answer?
I need to work out
King
So if it's not exact, meaning the partials are not equal to one another, you just have to find the integrating factor that make them equal and go about business as usual?
I love you
u looks pretty goood
daddy math
ily
SIR WE NEED ACCESS TO YOUR HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT
How can i solve the function if the partial derivative of M and N aint the same??
integration factor
or bernoullis equation
Basically, when that happens...it is not exact...yet. So you have to do an additional step to MAKE it exact.
👍
Has anyone ever told you they love you?
My wife does... usually every morning :)
That last example was separable :)
no, at best it was linear and a really ugly linear at that.
Why do he don't reply to comments
He does.
Yep, I do.... but there are over 1000 videos and it's hard to keep up. I do my best :)
@@ProfessorLeonard You're my hero.
24:06 do these examples
Has anyone told you that you look like Stephen Colbert
Big
aww man, you cut off your star wars story.
