hi! *as a dermatologist* I recomend you to not apply hot on you hair before having a shower. The scalp products are nice, but they also work as a shampoo, and if you also apply shampoo while showering it can be dangerous depending on how many times a week you repeat this routine, it will also be more greasy in less time. To finish, I can recomend you to not use conditioner every time you have a shower so that you don't have your hair so greasy, just like you had it at the beggining of the video, use it once a week or every 2 weeks. Thanks, hope that my tips can help you!

@@LifeisBetterwithRhEaFirst, her hair is not straight, its wavy. Second, even if it was straight, everyone's hair is different regardless their straightness. Maybe her hair damaged, or she has some issues, you don't know 🤷🏽♀️. And even if her hair is healthy and she just like to keep it this way, or just enjoy the process of her routine, then it's good 😊. I don't think it's a waste of money, if she enjoys how she spent it. That's her money and her hair, what's wrong with that? I don't get it, honestly 😅
Okay so advice!! I have straight hair and my routine is great, as well as cost effective, and leaves my hair looking wonderful!! PreWash: • Brush Hair (Any brush will do, if you use a comb, that will also work, You just want to have minimal tangles so your hair is easier to manage while washing) DuringWash: •Wet hair •Shampoo Hair (This loosens up buildup in your scalp) • Rinse Hair •Shampoo again (This will actually get rid of the buildup • Rinse Again •Wring out excess water (This will allow the conditioner to penetrate your hair) • Condition • Wait several minutes (During this waiting period you can do stuff like wash your body, shave, anything thats not in your hair) •Rinse out your conditioner with cold or warm water •Turn off your water •Wring out your hair and airdry to about 75% dry •Put in a leave in conditioner •Comb through • Blowdry or air dry And just to clarify, I have vey good, soft anti-tangling hair genetically, So I dont know how this would turn out on other people, but its worth a try if you're looking for something to try
Your scalp was already super oily and you have dandruff. Maybe a different technique will help, like using a shampoo with ketoconazole. Hope this helps, forgot to add to also use a clarifying shampoo every now and then.
dont do pre washing treatments, doesnt make sense to add stuff if you are literally going to wash the fat/oil and dirt from your scalp and hair, combin your hair before cleaning is a good idea tho, and also she used the shampoo wrong, the shampoo goes on the scalp as directly as possible and if any but the least on mids and ends
Mine is : 1. Wet hair 2. Shampoo hair (the scalp only , massage a little if you want ) 3. Condition hair ( first squeeze out the extra water ) 4. Dry hair slightly with towel and wrap the towel on your hair . And done ! You get clean fluffy hair , I usually wash twice a week , on Wednesday and sunday . Thats all one needs for a good routine ! Hair oil too should be used ( i use sometimes)

Love the video's aesthetic and editing, the way all the pinks match is so pleasing ✨ Side note, I used to get dandruff too, then started shampooing my scalp twice due to some scientist's recommendation on tiktok (something about the soap not being able to penetrate all the way through otherwise), and washing my hair more often because according to my dermatologist my scalp is too oily for a once a week wash, so I do it twice now and voila, never got dandruff again 👍

My CURLY HAIR routine on a BUDGET is: 1. oiling 2. simple but non damage shampoo (pure roots) 3. brushing 4. fizz free shampoo (bare anatomy) 5. curl defining shampoo (bare anatomy) 6. towel scrunch 7. damping more water to hair 8. applying serum 9. air dry till 70% 10. putting hair up in a messy bun till fully dry. A bit long but what works for me. And i don't use conditioner as it dries my hair and results in dandruff. Pluss i wash my hair 2-3 times a week so it costs a bit more reasonable compare to regular and yet the results are worth it. if you don't have much budget (like me) trust me and use this and you can skip the fizz shampoo and bare anatomy's curl defining shampoo contains fizz free ingredients ! -----not an ad----- feel free to ask anything!

Most of these steps are completely normal. The only thing out of the ordinary was the high frequency comb, and maybe the scalp guasha. And if you look at her hair when it was dry, it had very little dandruff. When she showed herself applying the scalp scrub, she already had some in her hair. That was not loads of dandruff guys.. This routine is not that extravagant. And you dont have to use expensive products, you can do this with your normal products and your hair will benefit.

Okay so advice!!
I have straight hair and my routine is great, as well as cost effective, and leaves my hair looking wonderful!!
PreWash:
• Brush Hair (Any brush will do, if you use a comb, that will also work, You just want to have minimal tangles so your hair is easier to manage while washing)
DuringWash:
•Wet hair
•Shampoo Hair (This loosens up buildup in your scalp)
• Rinse Hair
•Shampoo again (This will actually get rid of the buildup
• Rinse Again
•Wring out excess water (This will allow the conditioner to penetrate your hair)
• Condition
• Wait several minutes (During this waiting period you can do stuff like wash your body, shave, anything thats not in your hair)
•Rinse out your conditioner with cold or warm water
•Turn off your water
•Wring out your hair and airdry to about 75% dry
•Put in a leave in conditioner
•Comb through
• Blowdry or air dry
And just to clarify, I have vey good, soft anti-tangling hair genetically, So I dont know how this would turn out on other people, but its worth a try if you're looking for something to try
This is so useful I mean I have curly hair but it sure beats having to electrocute my hair
@Slay_Swiftie_13 I too have straight hair, and I follow exactly the same process
Absolutely loving how my hair looks
tysm !! i have wavy hair but i still feel like trying this lol
Same thing I do... I have a good and long hair
I would just add only apply shampoo to scalp area only not mid or ends
Your scalp was already super oily and you have dandruff. Maybe a different technique will help, like using a shampoo with ketoconazole. Hope this helps, forgot to add to also use a clarifying shampoo every now and then.
Sm it isn't maybe cz she shower with really hot water
I dont think itis dandruff it is the scalp scrub
i have dandruff and use a special shampoo for it and it doesn’t go away.
dont do pre washing treatments, doesnt make sense to add stuff if you are literally going to wash the fat/oil and dirt from your scalp and hair, combin your hair before cleaning is a good idea tho, and also she used the shampoo wrong, the shampoo goes on the scalp as directly as possible and if any but the least on mids and ends
@@mrstarconstellationplays2175you probably have a dry scalp but idk

Mine is :
1. Wet hair
2. Shampoo hair (the scalp only , massage a little if you want )
3. Condition hair ( first squeeze out the extra water )
4. Dry hair slightly with towel and wrap the towel on your hair .
And done ! You get clean fluffy hair , I usually wash twice a week , on Wednesday and sunday .
