  • Normally, you may use a bubble chart to compare at least three sets of values and show the relationships within them. However, if there are at least three sets of values and each set of values has more series, how to compare all series values by bubble chart? Here we are going to show you a new chart - Matrix Bubble Chart. This chart can help to compare more series of at least three sets of values and show the relationships between them by placing the bubbles in a matrix permutation way.

      Hello friend,
      Glad to help. I guess maybe you missed some steps in the video so you can't get bubbles for Series 4 and Series 5. It's possible because the steps to create a matrix bubble chart in Excel using the built-in feature of Excel are rather complicated. It involves over 20 steps.
      But please don't worry. The Matrix Bubble Chart utility of Kutools for Excel can help you quickly create a matrix bubble chart in Excel with several clicks. You can download Kutools for Excel for a 30-day free trial here: www.extendoffice.com/download/kutools-for-excel.html. You can read this article for more details: www.extendoffice.com/excel/excel-charts/excel-matrix-bubble-chart.html#KTE
      If you prefer the complicated method in the video and want clear instructions, please read this article: www.extendoffice.com/excel/excel-charts/excel-matrix-bubble-chart.html#a1.
      Sincerely,
      Mandy

      Thank you for quick response. I also noticed that excel have limitations for number of columns. This was the problem for me since I had 8 columns of data.

    In your X-axis table it should not be "Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun", but "2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022"

    • @ExtendOffice99
      @ExtendOffice99  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for your suggestion. The method in whole in the video is no problem. When setting the value, it is also set as the X axis with "2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022". The table is marked incorrectly, but not the setting of the data.

      @@ExtendOffice99 Exactly! Nonetheless, it is a great tutorial to overcome such a challenge that should be easier to implement in excel.

      Hello friend,
      Sorry for the late reply. If you just use Excel's own functions to create a matrix bubble chart, the steps will be complicated and cumbersome.
      But the Matrix Bubble Chart feature of Kutools for Excel can help you quickly create a matrix bubble chart in Excel with just a few clicks. For more details, please read our article: www.extendoffice.com/product/kutools-for-excel/excel-matrix-bubble-chart.html.
