- I’m so excited to start uploading my Taiwan videos as its literally been mOnTHS since I’ve gone! I did so many things there and have so many fun videos (suPer excited to share) there’s a hint at the end for what my next video is so watch to find out!!

please excuse my crustyness (ahah not that I’m not now..but uh) i was heCkA crusty then ANYWAY,, todays video is my experience traveling internationally alone for the first time. Now i’ve been to LA multiple times alone but this was my first time abroad and I’d have to say its definitely a completely different experience. I ran into some difficulties but i (obviously) was still able to make it to Taiwan lol
btw, i wanted to make this more of a simple/relaxing video too (i tried) but i hope you still enjoy

I'm traveling with my aunts and cousins for 2 weeks in a few days without my mom , dad etc ..
And i'm kinda nervous but so exited and the same time this video helped me to relax and tell that i'm not alone and it's going to be okay lol thank you 💗

omg I did that once to go to the LYSY the Final concert in Korea. I went there with my dad and came back alone (he had to stay in Korea to do work). When I go to the airport with my family we don't really talk tho so I was fine HAHA. And thankfully I'm Korean and semi-fluent so I was able to communicate with people but when I got to immigration/security scans on my way back home I found out I forgot to put my Swiss army knife in my check-in bag so I had to throw it away and the staff was so rude about it. Like I had no idea it was in there so I was like "there's nothing in there" and he was like "yes there is" and glared at me lol I’ve never been more scared in my life. I miss my knife and I haven't gotten a new one yet, I seriously miss cutting up post-it notes with it😂 But I got Gong Cha after so it was fine I guess😂 It was an ok experience but immigration after I landed was terrible, it took 1hr+ I should’ve taken the stewardess’s offer and let the ground staff assist me but I didn’t want to bother them. I wanna fly alone again though! Thanks for making this video it was really interesting seeing what your experience was like :)

That must have been quite terrifying and Im so sorry you got your knife taken away :(( I actually experienced the same thing 4 years ago when I was also coming home from Taiwan and I forgot to put these cool scissors in my luggage and they made me throw them away too -___-

Pretty cool trip , I have always been thinking of travelling alone and since I’m 15 now gonna be 16 in about 10 months from now and since now I’m literally counting till I become 18 where I could be totally independently and that’s when I could hopefully one day try to travel alone and experience this but anyway great vid , pretty enjoyable 😅

i have a 10 hour flight tomorrow and i’m trying to get no sleep so i sleep the whole way. it’s currently 11:49pm so ye. not to mention i’m 13 and flying alone

I am so nervous because its gonna be my first time traveling alone as a 14 year old internationally from Canada to Philippines and its still covid season so i’m gonna have to quarantine by myself at a hotel for 5 days🥲
omg it’s ok!! I’m sure you’ll be fine😊 just make sure to ask for assistance when u think u need help cuz I’m pretty sure the airlines has services for minors! Also, there should be people helping out with hotel quarantine stuff so dw! Goodluck😄

NJM haha yeah well, I’ve flown to Los Angeles multiple times alone but this was my first time going aBROAD so it was most definitely different!!

oh ur good also sorry IM late haha! I did not have to sign anything, but i feel like every airline is different so see if you can find some info online or contact them to make sure!! safe travels :)

I’m rlly late lol but yep!! I did a few months ago and i was a bit younger than that but different airlines are different ofc, but usually unaccompanied minors can be 5-14 and then 15-17 is optional!
I’m 17 year old and I want to travel to Great Britain by my self “I live in the USA” and I’m going t o have a good time not specifically going to meet anyone. the only thing is hopefully they don’t ask if someone is going to pick me up. Any idea if they let 17 year olds travel to a country that they don’t know anyone at?
I didn’t have any issues when traveling at 17 and I honestly don’t think you need to worry, but if you want to be safe, I would say contact your airline (before giving your information) to double check on that question!

I m flying alone I am 16 what should I do if I don’t know what to do what documents to fill can I bring pre filled forms cause I am going to Canada 🇨🇦 from srilanka or is it Jessore to fill it ther is ther a possibility that our gardien can do all the documents for us
I’ve been to Canada but after 18 so I’d suggest to contact the airline because each may be different! They may also be able to assist minors if you ask them :)

hi Jayla! I’d say you don’t worry, it’s not that scary! unless ur flying somewhere you’ve never been before then that’s a diff story... bUT a tip id give is to let the airlines know you need assistance and they should help out...I’m hoping my vid helped you out a bit too😊
