I can darken it a little. Normally the environment just gets darker depending on the fandom I'm part of (fnaf, for example, because it's a horror game.).Since the second part is going to be more serious I'm going to darken the room.

Imma be honest, when I watched the series and got to the Medusa part, I got really pissed off at Annabeth for being such a b^tch, like I get not understanding and wanting to believe in your mom, but she gotta understand that gods are so fricken cruel. Like the way she acted towards Medusa really set me off 💀

I think it's only in the fourth book that she realizes that the gods aren't that good.
I see the fanbase already started to retroactively change races of characters in order to comply with riordans double standards and hypocrisy ( he changed races for publishing standards and then changed races for the show )
