Wide containment , actually means intensity of defending at the wide areas is high, so you have to try to force the opposite team to attack through wide areas by blocking the passes through middle. And for centre containment , try to force opponent to attack through centre by blocking wide passes.

I am using canto too bro, just check again... He has both frontline and all out defenses with agressive pressing.... For frontline press, his defensive line is 7 bro, and for all out it is 4 I think😀...

Depends on how you would like to play and how the opposite player plays, if the opposite player uses counter attack, then all out defence is better for you and if the opponent uses posession game,frontline pressure is best...also frontline pressure is more hard to master but best for scoring many goals..but by using all out defence,you get a better defence ,at the same time ,attack is weaker

In that, other than the details shown in the game, you can find deeper and hidden features of a manager like support range, compactness, and defensive line.

First of all if you use agressive pressing, the defensive line should be high ( > 7)... & for conservative press, defensive line should be low
