- Hi all and welcome! Today's video is a reveal of my latest bag! I've wanted this #APC Small Grace bag for some time now, and I was happy to buy it at a discount.

Hi Tania, this is a beautiful bag, the color is stunning, but the crease in the back is pretty deep. I think it’s worth contacting them to get an exchange. I love the strap, it looks really sleek all around, so it’s a style worth having.
And yes, hips are just where you said!

I would send that back in a hot minute. It is nearly one thousand dollars! It it were twenty dollars I would still send it back! The scratches and the indentations are not excusable for a NEW bag!
They owe you an even exchange, shipping fees on them! Or a decent discount if you’re ok with it. You’re right about hip location... Lol. 😀 It’s a beautiful bag. 🤩

Ciao Tania, I would return the bag. That bend/dent across the whole of the back would annoy every time you pick it up and possibly get worse with wear. There’s an APC store in Melbourne, prices are close or the same as online. Pick out a perfect bag for yourself, you deserve it ❤
It's a gorgeous bag and love the colour. However, the scratches and the indentation on the back of the bag would annoy me. Even if the bag is under $1k aud it should be perfect or near perfect, that's why i love shopping at Coach boutique because any issue even just a tiny bit they would replace my bag for a better one. Because it is a new bag, the scratches and fingerprints would be enough to persuade me to return it. The indentation would make up my mind if the scratches didn’t! I would send it back and consider buying another in better quality. My preference is for removable straps, if not, lots of adjustment options. I think it looks great on you, but you paid too much for anything less than perfect IMHO!

It really was a shame there was a problem with the bag. Matches also took a long time refunding me, it was quite the saga!!
Ah what a shame it didn’t arrive in perfect condition, they really should have someone with a good eye/standards check over the items before sending it out and save the hassle and expense at both ends.
