Well, many moons have passed and I have just come across your project, just wondering where you are today with this project are you going to offer the viewer more info and perhaps a wiring diagram for this experimental Smoke Unit! Thanks
Wow this is brilliant, are you above to share how you did this or the pcb design as I really need a smoke machine with a small footprint that works on low voltage to incorporate into a theatre prop, I would really appreciate your help if you would be able to do this, many thanks.
I just replicated this with one of my C-19s, so thank you for the inspiration! And boy was it a chore getting it all back together again!
What smoke unit and controller did you use? Any product links?
This is Great! Bottom line, "Are you going to sell these?"
I'll take 1 for now.
That Bachmann C-19 there, if I had to guess it's got a wheel configuration of a 2-8-4 Berkshire.
Fiest: no C 19 a C 16 and it is a narrow gauge 2-8-0
@@steffenrosmus9177 I know of a 2-8-2 Mikado but a 2-8-0? that's a first for me.
That's cool but it does only 2 chuffs per wheel revolution instead of the correct 4
For a two cylinder steam engine you should have 4 chuffs for 1 wheel rpm?
I was just gonna comment that ...

Bachmann needs to buy this from you this makes it. I don't bother putting smoke juice because it can't to this
It looks that I was writing here at the same time you on my thread!
Need to put one of these in mine..

C 19, the 268 is a C 16
Hey it’s me again! I might want to do this to my own C-19 so can you make a tutorial on how to do it?
That's the smoke unit I use, the Train-Li Pro-Line.
Sind ja nur 2 Auspuffschläge pro Umdrehung...:-((
Are only 2 exhaust blows per 1/RPM ...: - ((
So how can I buy one of these pcb boards 😁
Can you provide a schematic for the smoke generator interface board? Can it work with DCC decoders without problems? Thanks for the help in advance!
can some one plz reply to this comet with the answer to what kind of smoke unit it is and where to find one.
This is a Train Li Proline Smoke unit and can be purchased new from them. I picked up 3 and have completed my first conversion!
Any new news on your web site or the availability of this unit? I would really like to purchase one
Where do you get the rollers the locomotive is sitting on?
is this an item you sell?
